Although a prolific Theatre Organ builder, Compton's roots were based in Romantic English classical organs. Their leaf spring regulator design was unique. It was mechanically very efficient and transmitted more of the trem motor action to the pipes than other manufacturers, giving them their own particular sound. It also made for rock solid wind off trem.
So, here is some of that classical tradition showing through. A piece by American composer Gordon Young from the 1960s which I have often heard played on these instruments in the UK. Quite the grand old lady is the Wyton House Compton !
