'Prelude in A Major' on the most powerful Pipe Organ with 32' Contra Bombarde - Paul Fey

Some weeks ago I've had the opportunity to play the amazing Eisenbarth pipe organ at St. Anastasia Cathedral on a concert trip in Croatia. This organ was built by Eisenbarth and features a super powerful 32' Contra Bombarde and some other amazing french pipe organ voices - its an absolute joy to play!
I hope you'll enjoy this recording of the well known Rigaudon (Prelude in A Major) by André Campra which is a wonderful piece for solo organ, recorded on the cathedral pipe organ. This is a new video with remastered audio.

Bravo Paul.... Well done.... Who doesn't like Campra... It goes great with coffee, toast and mornings.... I like some of your interpretations such as @ 00:42 the crispness of your playing... it adds a bit of gravitas to the piece.... Doc.

That's a beautifull prelude. It is almost a march. It is also very majestic and regal full of strong notes with some softness and quietness sggest mediation , prayers and quiet reflection.

Beautiful playing Paul of the Andre Campra Rigaudon! A friend of mine played this as the casket was taken out of the church by army soldiers, as she was playing for a soldier's funeral.

As it should be played more... I have grown weary of funerals where mush is played making the family and friends feel the loss even more.... Dying is the step to eternal life.... to bad people do not understand this .....

Dear Paul, an absolutely beautifully played piece of music on that beautiful organ! My friend’s five year old son watched you twice playing and was glued to you playing ❤️ He was full of questions!
