Am 40 and my AMH as of November was 0.35. I have a daughter who is 2 years but I have been struggling to conceive again. I took vitamins D and other hormonal supplements. I retested on cycle day 2 this month and my AMH was 0.71. Am super excited, am positive it will improve and I will conceive again soon. Thank you Doc. God bless you for your advise

Hi Mark, I have been diagnosed with POF, my last AMH was 1.33, done 2008. I had a surgery done on my right ovary in 2008, when i was 36 in which the right ovary was removed as said by my doc. No menstruation since then, 2008. What are my opition pls

My daughter started her period at age 9 it stopped at age 11 to came back at age 16 she was diagnosed with POF she is now 24 what can she do? she is one that prefer the natural way.

I had a blood test done with the VA that told me I had low AMH, but other than that that's it. I've been trying to get seen and I'm just waiting until next month because I guess time has already passed, so I have to wait for my next cycle. Which is annoying because I'm about to be 43, so the waiting is annoying. I'm already at -.16.

Hello Doc, I have had premenstrual failure syndrome since I was teenager as per my Doctor. I am now married and we have a plan to have a baby but unfortunately i have health issues. I take Pregesterone and Estrogen pills as my doctor recommended just to have menstruation. I used to do a lot of tests and laboratories but everything was ok except for I am not having menstruation. Is it possible that i got pregnant for these symptoms

Exactly same condition is mine..I am 29 and has beed diagnosed with POF and taking estrogen and progesterone for menstruation...I want to conceive now..

Six year gone im not having pregnancy yet .my amh level 1.91 fsh 9.9 endometrium very thin and also doctor advise donor egg my ovary not responding 😢😢😢😢😢

Hello, My doctor prescribed me with this and sure enough I started mini birth control Aleese a month before wondering why I wasn’t having cycles. I stopped it because i didn’t find that normal .Wondering why I haven’t gotten pregnant after a year. I stopped the pill for a year and got pregnant there’s still hope just eat well take vitamins and it depends what levels are low for you.

@@desinatalia1264 I followed my diet, exercised, drunk alot of water and kept my mind stress free. Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on time and drink alot of water. I changed my eating routine and followed Mark Sklar advice on RU-vid =)

Can high blood pressure medication effect cycle, Lisinopril? Can they effect the reproduction organ?

If you can try to sort out your high blood pressure, I mean if possible. Try to avoid salt, animal fats, gluten, white bread, white rice, vegetables oil, sugar!, sweets .. Try to include in your diet; Apple cider vinegar Chia seeds Flaxseeds Extra virgin olive oil Green vegetables Teff qunioa Exercise iregularly Monitor your wight... Above all try to minimize your streets level May the lord shower us all with healthy children amen
