Depends on the symptomatic burden. Sometimes, and often, treatment is not necessary.

I had an ablation. Worked very well. Still on meds but they are under control.

@@2driverpls652 I have been chasing for an ablation but my cardiologist says this is usually a last resort and rarely they recommend ablation unless there is evidence , based on evaluation of your heart, that these PVCs are causing damage. Such as damage to the left or right ventricle, weakness of the ventricles, thickened walls and or extra accessory pathways in the electrical system. Not sure how you got your ablation but I wish there were less invasive procedures. The heart electrical system and the heart itself is a complicated and hard to understand organ. Mainly because its the most special.

Ever since I was prescribed Atenolol, a beta blocker, mine have calmed down A LOT. Almost non existent.

@@VegasPanhandlers Yeah but are you really okay taking beta blockers your whole life?
