Hi! I have been following your workouts and really enjoy them! I am currently following your June program and was wondering of there are any exercises or poses I shouldn’t be doing now? I am 38.2 weeks pregnant and my baby hasn’t descended in my pelvis yet. Is there anything I can do or avoid to make him descend in my pelvis? Hope to hear from you! Thank you! 😊
