Currently 24 weeks pregnant, Will definitely try including these stretches after my workouts Update 7 Nov: Currently 34 weeks, first time doing these stretches as I stopped going to the gym and y'all staying in those positions is definitely one thing 🔥, but I know with consistency it will get easier.
This was wonderful and I will plan to come back to this routine often as the timing is perfect and I truly feel much more limber than I have in days. My only constructive feedback (and this is peronal to me) is I hated the music in the background. Rather than be able to get lost in my breath, I was just hearing the lyrics. Just my 2 cents!

I have always been "tightly bound," as my mother says. It makes it easy to tone up and build muscle, but mobility has always been an issue. I don't know when those stretchy pregnancy hormones are gonna kick in, but so far, they are nowhere to be found. I've been having pain, mostly from stiffness and knotted muscles, so your flexibility workouts have been a godsend.
33 weeks right now, and it hurts to walk because of my si joints and pubic bone. After sitting on the couch a lot, I'm finally trying some movement again and this felt great!

I’m 36 weeks pregnant with my third. What exercises would you recommend I be doing every day now that I’m near the end? I was doing a lot of strength training and HIIT, but I’m finding with all the excess relaxin I’m way more tense and sore than usual and don’t want to go into labor that way.

I started experiencing very bad back pain and lower abdominal pain about 2 weeks ago (I'm almost 26 weeks today) and today i couldnt get out of bed. I stopped exercising because of depression and the sudden growth spurt of my baby really overloaded my body. Im in so much pain and today i decided to look for some gentle exercise i could do. But every movement hurts so all these other videos i found are useless now, they're too advanced. Yours is perfect and i like the variations, thank you so much! I'll slowly start with your stretches tonight and hopefully it'll help
Seriously, I couldn't even brush my teeth this morning, my husband was helping me while I was brushing in bed. It hurts so much. Do you maybe have any ideas for starting some exercises but in bed? It hurts when I stand

The end made me start to cry 🥲🥲🥲 I am 22 and 21+6 weeks pregnant with my first child. I’m so grateful for this baby and how far I’ve come in my life. I’m so excited.
