Agree on keeping it fresh also enjoy this game as a side hobby from real life and keeping the game fun is the most important thing

Ya I too recently changed things up. Not much, but a little bit. By acquiring MSP Bedard, I felt like I wasn’t playing at my best so I took Point off of center to put him on the wing and put Bedard at center with his buddies being McDavid and Point xf cards. That change has felt absolutely amazing and those 3 have been absolutely COOKING!

Bedard has like 80 facoffs and he's short, definitely not recommended to play him at center.

@@darkstark1949 I know. Thing is, I don’t care about EA and their dumb meta. I know all the counters to the faceoffs. Either way it doesn’t matter bc I’m an offline player.

I'm Ultra no money spent this year. I don't use NHL coins or gold coins to buy anything from the store. I use cards from free packs, auction house and sets only. My team sucks but is proud lol.

I feel ya brother. I had so much speed in the line-up but it wasn't effective at all. Built a great playoff style team and the game feels a little more fresh and fun.

Couldn’t agree more. Got sick of my team and blew all of my coins on the new mackinnon and makar cards. My favorite players in real life and they’re cracked in this game too. Way more enjoyable now instead of just following the meta

Ive been f2p for a while and.... this year i pulled an x factor Mcdave in the random xfactor set and when i did the hut moments for the power up random pack, i pulled the 88 big 3 gordie howe and literally pooped my pants 😮

I need help please. Why when I’m trying to defend in my zone, the puck seem to always go the opponent when he shoot and when or when I poke Check ! I dont know if it’s clear but What can I do ?

That was AWESOME! Love that you are totally prepared for the next iteration of Team Builders! I really hope that the next Team Builder cards are 91! It would feel like a huge letdown to exchange two 87 cards for 90’s! In fact.. I wish that they changed that system so that you had to exchange three 87 cards and in return you had a choice of two 90 or 91 team builders! They can still release 6 new team builders.. which means that you would only need to build NINE 87 cards.. to exchange for six new team builders! Thoughts??

Sleeves, thank you for trying to save nhl 24 for me, I will keep watching your videos because you are a great creator , but I Just can't stand how bad Hut is for offline players, the AI penalties are still full throtle, goalies are still op, and you still get rocked out by a 69 ovr team (lost a game to a 69 ovr team in wich they scored 3 goals in 9 shots while I put almost 30 shots to cash in 2, that was the last straw for me), I went back to 23 and the diference is brutal in how the AI behaves on both sides of the ice

You’ll still be able to make 87’s, we’re all still assuming that you’ll end the 87’s to make the 90-91’s because that would make the most sense

I don’t see a reason to even make event players right now, I’ve got 6 X factors, Makar, Point, Larkin, Robo, and Suzuki. Why would I spend 6 collectables turning an 82 into an 87 from when it’s taken me 6 or 7I think to get Makar up to 89

I am not 100% sure.. but I think that it is capped at 50 games for regular Rivals but you can play 100 for Rivals Burst.. but I am not absolutely certain 😂

Your rewards record is capped at 50, you can play as many as you want lol but your reward rank level will be capped at 50 games

I wish ea would allow people to trade their untradable cards just to be able to mix up your team with trades from other players with unreadable cards they don’t use. I have a 88 untradeable Quinn Hughes I don’t use because of synergies and it sucks having a 100,000 coin card just sitting. Untradeable cards are what makes this game get so stale so fast!!! I think you should be able to trade with these cards and not be able to sell them.

Team builders are fine , they give value to low overall nhl players , and give something to grind towards , power up cards are just an absolute rip off and they shouldn't have their place

@@graysongriese sleeves got all 8 while being free to play , so did I , the games has been out almost 2 months , they are only 87 overall its not that big of a deal
