Lisa thank you so much. I am homeless at 75 receiving $895 a month Social Security. I pick up wool at thrift stores. But have been able to create some beautiful pieces. They aren't quilted but that is okay. I truly love and look forward to your tutorials. I don't do drugs but once a month enjoy a bottle of wine I space out two weeks. Thank you Lisa for taking me back to a more gentle time in my life.
Love the video. I have struggled with using Steam a Seam for collage quilting. This was very helpful. I have to say that I gave up on Rowena Irons after buying 3 of them (I know, dumb to keep buying an expensive iron and experiencing the same issue) because after maybe a year, it started spitting brown onto my pieces i was ironing which unfortunately was either a white or light garment or worse my needle turn applique blocks. I got an Olisa which I loved but it got stuck in the up position and my go to is the Panasonic cordless which stays hot a long time and also steam.
Thank you for another extremely informative video. I’m about to start my first wool project from your Urban Farmhouse Gatherings book, so the timing of this video is perfect!
Thank you so very much for taking the time out of your busy day to make this most educational video. I totally agree about the Steam a Seam light being made wayyyyy tooooo tacky these days. You have given me the courage and education I need to tackle some of the beautiful larger project I have purchased from PG. Stay well.
