Going from Canada to the UK, I also noticed how quiet people are on the trains and underground. Almost everyone on the tube in London reads, so that's kind of nice.
I've not prepped pages in advance before but I think I'm going to give it a try! I think the colour description you were looking for was ochres. Not my usual palette either but I'm loving them at the moment :)

Hey Mits, hope you are well! Regarding the freezing experience, what I'd do is pick a medium e.g wax crayons, watercolours.. and focus on a word like "LOVE", "JOY", "SERENITY" etc and then close my eyes and let my hand and heart do the work for me 😊 Tyfs! 💕🕊

This was very fun and relaxing to watch, thank you =) there are other Color combinations you can do that’ll create another color, for example, red and yellow will make orange (or pink & yellow) & blue and red or blue and pink will make purple =) it’s fun, hehe

Thank you for sharing your tips. I got some inspiration from your prepping journal page. I've surprised when you say that in the train at Tokyo so quiet because when I catch the train (BTS) in Thailand I always hear the Japanese women group talking so loud (lol) of course I don't understand the things they say but they're very talkative and this was l experience before the pandemic 🙂
