Two step drop by the goal line was impressive...very tight window...Justin wouldn't dare but this kid made that pass....Bears just picked up a diamond....Athletic Tom Brady
Absolutely. Tyson will almost certainly become an elite player He has all the tools, and has been built since like 4 years old by his Father, who is Travis Bagent a world champion in ArmWrestling.
@@Day-ZDuke some ppl think my comments are crazy...about this kid like my cousin told me the other day...Poles been drafting n picking up good guys...he inherited Justin...so dnt be surprised he's not really all in with Justin cuz he's not...dnt be surprised if Justin dnt look good after 5 games...guess who might be clocking in for work for Qb1
@@cookinwithchris86 right on man, I agree with your insights here. I think if Bagent gets the opportunity, he will prove his worth. I honestly hope he does get the chance to play or even start this season. Either way though, I’m confident he will be able to build a solid career for himself (barring any unforeseen stuff). Bears really struck gold with this kid Cause he is an awesome person as well, very sharp and grounded, has a ton of family support, he’s got the work ethic and mindset to match. Very excited to watch his growth
Jesus...this aged well, and I mean well. And I mean dam, I can't believe we are having these conversations week 2. My man said 5 games... @@cookinwithchris86
I thought the 15-yard throw to the out route from the opposite hash mark was his most impressive one (the throw just before the one you mentioned). Demonstrated both tremendous arm strength and pinpoint accuracy. But the one you mentioned, that's not just accuracy due to putting it where only the receiver could get, but also for protecting his receiver from serious harm. Had he thrown it to where the receiver would catch it in stride, then he would've been laid to waste by the safety closing in on him. That's the type of intangible leadership that endears teammates.
So the common argument against him over Fields is “Well he was D2 for a reason! If the coaches thought he could do better, he’d be playing.” But let me tell you this. Watch his drops and tempo closely on this drive. Watch his base align perfectly off his hitch foot when he plants to throw. Those are not things that are happening because it’s preseason, this guy is displaying exactly how the position should be played consistently. Also I know this is hyperbolic theatric dreaming, but would it not be the most fitting way for the Bears to finally solve their QB woes? We have arguably our biggest disappointment at QB in decades, everyone is panicking and waiting for the 2024 draft. But in steps this unproven and no name D2 guy who came out of nowhere, and he starts winning games and making the offense look the way it is supposed to with the talented WR/TE room we have. And it turns out the guy drafted to be a career backup was who we needed the entire time. But in reality who knows what would happen. We should at least try it out before we get to the 2024 draft. Why not?
Watched this entire game live. Even though I hadn’t seen Justin play yet, I thought “wow this guy really brings a completely new feel to this offense” And this was with the second unit. I would kill to see what he’d do with the 1’s after some practice reps. We got guys wide open and JF missing them by a mile or not seeing them, I promise you Bagent would not. We have to let him take the reigns by mid season if JF doesn’t come out looking like a new QB. I am more excited about him than I am about JF1 or a brand new QB in the draft. There is a feel this guy has for the NFL game. You can see it when he plays. Makes JF look like the real backup
2:50 this is small intricate shit that fields doesn't do. Quick 3 to 5 step dropback as he's selling the deep routes then quickly tosses it for the screen. Nah man please put this man in asap dude.
Tyson Bagent coming. He already sent PJ walker and Nathen Peterman packing Justin Fields gonna be next. The Fields supporters wanna blame the Oline and coaching for Justin Fields problems when 90% of it is on Justin Fields himself. Could the offense line be better? Yes. Can the coaching be better? Yes. But how is the oline fault when the are giving Justin Fields five seconds or more to get the ball out and just sits there and take unnecessary sacks. Fields has zero awareness literally running into sacks out there. You got Wide receivers running wide open down the field and Fields won’t throw them then the DJ Moore be literally clapping and waving his hands because he’s so open and Justin want he look his way like what are you doing? DJ Moore is the #1 WR he should always be the first read like I’m over Justin Fields. Tyson Bagent is my guy and he deserves a chance to prove that he can the starting quarterback of the Chicago Bears. What do you have to lose? If Tyson Bagent doesn’t work you have two first round picks that are both going to be top ten picks you can just draft a quarterback. But if it does work you just found the next Tom Brady for damn near free and now you can use your draft capital and cap space to improve the team and that would be a win for Ryan Poles because remember he didn’t draft Justin Fields
Yessir 100% on board with every word you wrote...I wanted them to elevate him to qb2 so he could come in when the chiefs game is inevitably over at the half....theyve cut petermen twice now so at this point what you wanna tell me petermen is just a difference maker holding the iPad and giving his two cents on this pitiful offense? doubtful. Tyson got 17k college yards he at minimum knows how to play football...I think the talent is actually there but some may say its wishful thinking but still I have no idea how fields still has a job at this point Mitch would have been benched during the packers game...
Bro i swear I'm over this justin field shit. And they can't say shit about racism because me and you are both black. Tyson processes the field way faster man.
