This documentary on female firefighters has us following along with female recruits through the rigors of the Georgia State Fire Academy. We will find out how they fare next to their male counterparts. One of the recruits is an ex-marine employee of the Georgia Department of Corrections vying for a position as chief of the first all-female firehouse in the country.
