My mom was so entranced. She's always loved President Clinton and found Mr. Patterson quite to her liking. She is hooked on Jimmy. Interesting, intelligent, and funny men. I love seeing her beam at the computer screen.

@@LindaC616 Yes, I am well aware he has co-authors and a team of writers who help him. Many, many famous authors do the same thing. Patterson is humble enough to admit it. And, he is also the brains behind the vast majority of his works. So, I wouldn't hold it against him, one iota.

@@Shelleybean3315 i read an article on how it works and he does the outline and he gives the outline that is sometimes 80 pages long he says. to said author and in short Patterson has control on what goes into the books & writing wise i'm not entirely sure how much he does write but this one i have the feeling that Clinton really isn't really a writer so i do think that he was really involved into this one and that he did write a lot of this one himself. course i could be wrong

@@LindaC616 there are some books he puts out that he does do himself all the Alex Cross books he's done there's like i think 30 of them or something like that i think? for me each one i read that has a co-author with him feels like a Patterson novel and it feels like he wrote a good portion of it. now i dunno if i'm right but that's how it feels to me

Oh you're gonna draw heat on that post. So many people hate on Clinton, from women who emphasize with Hilary, Monica and others, to jealous, frustrated Republicans and pissed-off Dems who think his hound dog ways cost them the presidency. But the guy served 8 years with a decent economy, civil relationships with the world and a positive, fair minded agenda. Only to be pulled down by his own weaknesses and a slavering Republican party that mounted a barrage of Puritan style attacks right out of the Salem Witch Trials. To me, Clinton - despite his warts - was a terrific promoter of progressive ideals and hope. See much evidence of that under grifter-in-chief Donnie Mandarins? Trump and his entourage of money- grubbers took a pretty progressive country and dumbed it down into a loud, nightmarish episode of The Price Is Right.

Reading is the key to a high IQ. It exposes you to new words and complicated formats, it makes the mind open up to new things that you could not have even envisioned on your own. When I was a kid in Junior high back in the 70's, I got the reading award for reading over 200 books during the summer. That's 2-4 books a day.

It is the proper title to address former presidents as well as other people who have earned titles that also happened to be their roles. When talking to a retired general you don't say 'Retired General Powell, how was your day?' Instead you'd just address them as 'General Powell, how was your day?' When talking about them in a generic news story, not talking TO them the distinction of 'former' or 'retired' is made to clarify if the person is still serving in the role. However the title is still carried even into retirement.

Monica was old enough to know better. She knew he was married. She came on to him and snapped her thong. Bill should never have had an affair or lied about it . Late show and the public shouldn’t have come after Monica so much but she gave interviews, had weight watchers sponsorship deal. It’s been over 20 years. It’s a shame it keeps being bought up.
