I remember this, pretty sure he flew into Baghdad. I was there when this happened. I've been in the air traffic control tower you see in the beginning a few times. It was a big deal when he came in.
@Honor 8x not when somebody like the president flys in. At that point the international airport in Baghdad was overseen by the US military. I'm sure some people knew to beef up security, but they didn't post it for everybody to see. Unless your invited to the party you tend to find out after it happened.
