I'm an All-Pro Parking Lot Striping student, and the course paid for itself plus more in just two accepted quotes. I submitted one quote for a small restaurant restriping job and was called to quote another small restaurant that the owner owned two hours later.
Hey Billy, after taking your Parking Lot Striping course, I am amazed at how many parking lots, especially the ADA stalls, are out of code/compliance. I have several HOA' s jobs on the schedule where the ADA spots at the pool complexes and admin offices need done. I automatically add the re-striping to the quote. Just mention it is in violations and it gets their attention. I have one ADA van stall that has a pothole in the blacktop, the sign is 36" off the ground and doesn't say "Van Accessible". *** I have a new source for bulk SH on HWY 59, just north of I-12, if you ever need it. I'll text you the info once I get all the info.***
Apex has glasses on…yaaaaaay! Good thing I don’t have to fill that paperwork out to fire his but! He can now save that fine money I was gone charge him for that baby formula! 🤣
Brother I can't tell you how many pairs of safety glasses I purchased each month and they all seem to be left on the bumper of the truck are either on the job site somewhere lol In addition guess what no one knows where my $200 fire hydrant wrench went! Also no one knows where they seen our blower last lol I guess it's part of doing business but I love my crew so it's worth it all lol
Hey Billy i have been told by a few managers to email them about my business and the services we offer. My question is how much should I stress off the format (I am obsessive with details) Should it have all the bells and whistles ie graphics, pictures ext or would a clean layout text only email work?
From my understanding in most circumstances, you can divert the water away from a storm drain or either use a small pump to pump it back onto the customers property in a place where it can dry out
Being you put soap in your fresh water buffertank. You run that through your pump then How do you rinse that out of the pump being all your water supply has soap in it And how do you rinse the building if your buffer tank is full of soapy water?
It's really simple. I get this question asked often. We just stop putting soap into the buffer tank approximately 20 minutes before we want to start doing a fresh water rinse. We are constantly feeding our buffer tank with a water hose so it dilute down rather quickly It does add a little more effort to your part to manage the soap in the buffer tank but the results is so much worth the little travel that you go through. The benefits of adding detergents to the buffer tank means your surface clean much faster and use much less sodium hypochlorite when washing anything
@@billydavidsonvip would it not be better to no put any chemicals into your buffer tank Instead use a chemical injector. That way you don’t pollute your buffer tank with SH or surfactant or any chems If I had soap in my fresh water buffer tank I would not be able to run it out simply by using water. The contamination runs deeper than that The ppm of soap would still be unacceptable in my case hours later. Even a very low soap context would still stick to the surface of the windows and wall. Helping adhere airborne dirt to the walls surfaces. Not trying to be difficult. But I will continue to use a chemical injection system. And never compromise my fresh water supply
That's why we only use dawn dish liquid soap. It rinses very easily and designed to be water soluble. We haven't had any issues. Matter of fact professional window cleaners do use a version of Dawn dish liquid soap and window cleaning. We've actually noticed that our windows are much more shinier and less spots. Although I do recommend going back with a DI system to get a true spot free rinse
We primarily use this technique on cleaning concrete and Dumpster Pad's but we are seeing great results when cleaning buildings removing hydrocarbon buildup near interstates
