Man, u really are awesome. I'm gonna be getting the dumper video and the ratios here soon. Love to see other louisiana people doing so good. Your inspirational man. Bout to change my life.
Billy starting my gutter and pressure washing business back up. The nasty dumpsters won't bother me at all!!! Those guys that complain have nothing to complain about. My last job was for a plumbing company clearing drains. Think about clogged toilet thats filled with feces or a backed-up sewer line. Along with pulling the cable out and tampons or wipes that people wiped themselves with are tangled in the cable/snake. They have to be cut off (outside in the street or burned off with a touch). That cable will stink to high he'll in the back of your van if not rinsed after the job then pressure washed. This isn't even considering if the home is normal/clean. I've seen the inside of homes we couldn't breathe in and refused service. So after all that I'd enjoy dumpsters, especially if the revenue I'm generating is for my family. Thanks Billy looking forward to purchasing your course when I can.
Appreciate the video, going to be starting my own business with pressure washing included. Mostly going to do all the work myself, and hiring on family & friends only where needed. Get my kids on it when they get a little older and pass the business onto them when I get to retiring.
Does your training course cover commercial buildings such as car dealerships or retail chain grocery stores? Looking for a course, that shows what chemicals to use on stucco and concrete buildings with that black window trim and have those dark-tinted windows. I'm also cautious around all the lighted signs. I have a hospital near me that defiantly needs cleaning. I'm just nervous with all the windows and metal casings
I have a chemical ratio chart on my website that could be very important for you. In addition we can set up a phone call if you send me some pictures and we can go over a few things as needed
Before I purchase the course I need to know how is this done during the winter time when temperatures can reach near freezing where I live in ny? Thank you
Heat for restaurant pads is a huge time saver where a lot of grease is involved. Also the colder the weather the longer it can take because the grease congeals whereas heated water can improve its viscosity and even liquify grease. Yes you can go cold but going hot saves time, chemicals and hassle and will pay for itself. Also hot does not mean it needs be steam, just get it flowing and let the SH do its magic.
Take photos and video of every job 1. Proof job done 2. Protection if something goes wrong - will help with insurance et cetera if a problem 3. Upload to GMB or other social sites to improve ranking and authority 4. Can be used for future marketing 5. Allows you to mine meta data from photos for info like locations and route planning, ave job duration etc. This comes in handy as you grow and for things like writing your business plan. (Yes, you need one even if it’s just you and all your money).
@@billydavidsonvip yes paid for it and watched it like 10 times. Just threw me off guard when the gm said that, cause the property manager said each food place in the lot should be cleaning the trash can.
