Season 2: Okay well that was weird, but it can't be *_that_* bad- oh, uh, the Crystal Gems are fighting again, Jasper took Lapis, we gotta deal with Peridot, and- wait are those gem shards forced together into a chimeric monster? Uhhhh- Season 3: O k a y so Malachite was tough, and Peridot joined us, and we had to stop the Earth from being destroyed by one giant forced fusion, but it's! Still! Fine! Right? I mean, we're finally relaxing a bit, Greg got rich, this is looking pretty nice- wait who's this rainbow haired gem and why'd she try to kill Steven? Wait, what's Jasper doing- oh no, uh- wAIT ROSE DID WHAT? OKAY WAIT NO THAT BACKFIRED QUICKLY NOW WE'RE DRIFTING IN SPACE- Season 4: Okay okay okay it's fine, it's FINE, we can still have a nice relaxing time- ohhh but Steven's memories overwhelming him ain't good, but Stevonnie was alright! Wait, why is Blue Diamond here- o h and now they almost die trying to rescue Greg, great! Well, I'm sure we can make this better somehow- wait no Steven don't think you have to clean up Rose's mistakes! Wait, why are boardies going missing- oH THAT'S WHY, WAIT DON'T BE A MARTYR- Season 5: well, uh, crap, being put on trial and nearly killed for something Steven didn't do, grand. It's only the beginning of the season so it can't be that bad- or we can just kill a character immediately, and learn about reviving abilities, that's f i n e. And maybe it's a bit rough with the "everything's changing" stuff but it can't be too bad- wait why is Lapis leaving? Wait, why is Stevonnie stranded on an alien moon and having weird dreams- ROSE IS W H O? W H A T? Oh no Garnet split, uh- wait now they're getting married? And Bismuth's back? Well this is alright, look at this cute wedding, it'd be a shame if something went wrong- oh no Yellow and Blue are here, uh- o h well... now they know, that's good right? O h, Homeworld, huh? Wonder what'll happen there- oh White is freaky, but I'm sure it can't go too bad- uhhh well Blue and Yellow are now helping, yay, maybe White will be pleasant too- yOU DID WHAT TO STEVEN? ARE WE GONNA KILL OFF THE MAIN CHARACTER? Oh um no it's fine enough? And corruption is cancelled? Yay??? The Movie: aw look at Steven, so old now, wonder how long his good times will last- oh, that was quick- wait the Crystal Gems getting poofed this early can't be good! What'd Spinel do? U h o h, uh, well, we can make this work! See, even some nice songs and fusions! We can make it work- and see, Spinel's working together now! Wait, no, bad misunderstanding, uh- wAIT ARE YOU GONNA TRY TO KILL STEVEN AGAIN- whew okay we're good! Fine!! Look at this happy ending Future: Okay well we can still get back to the innocently happy stuff, right? ...Wait, what's with the weird pink glow and new powers- ummm are y'all concerned Steven's lowkey losing it? No? Okay, uh- wait y'all weren't gonna push that further? I mean, can't you see he's in a bad spot- see look at all that trauma! Priyanka knows what's up! Look at Greg stepping up to be with Steven- oh wELL THEN THAT DIDN'T GO WELL. I'm sure that's the worst of it, though- sTEVEN DID W H A T? Steven Universe came out when I was 6. I got into it and loved it. I’m 13 now. This show has been out most my life. And now that future has ended I’m in this constantly googling what’s going to happen to Steven Universe state. This show is DEFINITELY flawed but I still love it. One of my favourite things of all time.

WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE OVER? I binged the main show, the movie, and the future show in a week, now I'm lost. It's like one of the best cartoons I've ever seen in my entire life. It's unfair the show is no longer on air. Plus, the 2nd-ending (the future ending) was a freaking awesome (but ultra sad) way to end the timeline.

Having read several of the comics, my favorites are: basically all of the 2017 comics, most of which have been put into 4 in 1 editions, the Steven Universe and The Crystal Gems/Glass Ghost story, and Camp Pining Play.
