This is awesome because it's so direct and fundamental. If you want to avoid these types of injuries then do this because that addresses the root problem. Spot on!

Top information... I didn't realise until recently that the tight hams I've had for the past 20 years are consequent to lack of flexibility in my glutes. Save yourself the pain, people: stretch properly!

Cari you're information is incredible! I wish I knew all this info when I was in the Army...shin splints, IT band, pulled hammies would have been a non-issue
