Completely agree - eating food for enjoyment is just as (if not more) important as fuelling your body for optimal health 🙏🏼 Food is such an integral part of connecting with people and nothing is worth sacrificing those moments by obsessing over the nutritional value - if anything, that’s worse for your health.. I really don't get why people are stressing about 2 -3 rich meals .. just relax people 😌 as long as you don't stop moving your body for an extended period all fine. Your body is smart and remember that your metabolism is stimulated.i may gain a kg or 2 over winter but I lose it right after spring due to warmer weather you actually crave lighter food items . Its normal to look different somehow our body is alive !
