Preview: Gov to update Red Line project 

The Red Line will be a light rail rather than a rapid bus line, Gov. Wes Moore announced on social media Thursday evening. The move furthers a campaign promise he made to bring back the Red Line after former Gov. Larry Hogan halted the project in 2015. Expanding public transit in Baltimore, specifically the Red Line, is expected to make Baltimore more inclusive and equitable.
