• The Down Blocks can make LB fits difficult. If they fit up inside, they get lost in the wash.
• Blitzing a G-D-B scheme team is NOT a good idea; the Down blocks pick off the blitzing LBs.
• The offense can still succeed with stalemates across the front. A vertical push is not required for success; it is all about the horizontal displacement of the defensive front.
