Physical arts, depiction arts, voice, instrument? Filter your thoughts through these happy memories and nostalgic times. 3) Sit outside - on your porch/patio, go to a park - where ever it is, be sure it is just you and nature. Sit quietly, close your eyes, breath, and consider that you have no limits on your mind. That it is just you and a God that supports your free will to be creative, a God that is proud of you. (Try this even if you don't believe) 4) Write 10 ideas. Self love is the most powerful resource. You realize it, when it's real, that it's not about being *self-centered* , it's the opposite. I'd be happy to read some of you want to share later. 🙏🏿🙂
