Depends where in Brufut but if it is in a desirable part and with a 30mx35m compound I'd still say £85-90k absolute tops!

​@@millynewson91You have to also think about who you would be selling to. Western tastes tend not to go for the unimaginative slapping down of concrete everywhere. Landscaping would have enhanced its attractiveness no end. As it stands it's more likely to appeal to a Gambian or someone from the Gambia diaspora rather than an Expat so that is probably going to limit its universal appeal and put downward pressure on its selling price. Just my humble opinion.😊
