There has not been a perfect Pathfinder in a long time. It seems that in seasons 45, 46, 47, 48, and so far 49, people do not even go to the second number. There use to be a lot of perfect Pathfinders with far more winners in this game when Bob Barker was hosting the show. Since Drew Carey has been hosting, this pricing game has gone downhill.
if he does his middle name thing, he always reps his hometown when somebody is playing from ohio! whether you're from sandusky to salem, columbus, camebridge, dayton, toledo, he knows this stuff!
This is the route the average viewer would have taken, as can be seen by what the audience felt was right. The show doesn't always follow the pattern, but there is a pattern for how prices are given on the show. The first one was obviously 0 or 1, and zero is rarely in the price before the last number. Based on that, the more probable choices for the next number were 2 or 3, once again players avoid repeated digits, so the instinct is to choose 3. Then there tends to be an up and down pattern in most prices, so a high number would be the next expected choice, the 7. Finally, a zero appears, so she went for that. The show only screws people occasionally by not following the patterns, but usually only on games where the last number is often random, such as the piggy bank game and the dice game.
Since when did the models on the show have stage names that sound like stripper names? Sure, fire is just a word, but I've known a dancer that used that as her stage name, hmmm.
