Great stuff, thanks for posting! ( Have you done a Scale RC Dragster 101 video? - classes, rules, builds, kits, engines, etc?) NB: Why don't you use launce control, electronic clutch dumpers, gyros etc.?
Thanks for watching. Honestly I've never looked into any of that stuff. I'll do a dragster 101 video. I think that's a good idea. There are controls within the transmitter that I use but no gyros or anything like that. I really don't think a gyro would help because it's just a straight shot. No jumps or anything like that to adjust. Let me know more if you are aware of things like this.
Are Floyds chassis still competitive? I see a lot of Primals only two Floyd Vick dragsters. I bought one of Floyds funny car chassis and engines few years ago but have never run it.
This question may be unspoken but, are you dudes putting up as much bread$ as standard street racers? I like how your location is discreet, looks like private property. Straight racing, no BS!
We wager a little, but we mostly do it for bragging rights and trophies. Big money brings in uncertainty sometimes. This track is on the same land as Rockingham NHRA drag way. You haven't seen anything yet. Wait until the next head to head video is finished and dropped.
Nice! I am in Ft. Worth, TX. I may have to see if there is a Group out at TMS (Texas Motor Speedway) or at the Winston Drag track in Ennis, TX. just south of Dallas. Stay up
Yeah there were some mishaps but that's part of racing. These guys put their all into making it to the finish line 1st. Disregarding damage that may occur. All or nothing bro
