Primal Movement Flow sequence to link different movements together into a "flow". Unlock mobility and strength in your body through basic natural movements. Primal Movement Workouts are challenging and require athleticism, coordination, and organic strength. These movements incorporate dance, capoeira, calisthenics, and more. Movement training will develop your body's strength and mobility the natural way. These are all movements from animal, natural, and primal patterns that you can use individually or to flow.

Brother I just tried this Flow of yours and I loved it, I could not touch the ground with my ankles in the very first one but the second one I started getting much better and looser Thanks a bunch bro

Can tell by the shadow it's full noon while shooting. How are you not burning your palms on that court? New to your channel. I like how you remove the need for a gym. First video I watched you were hanging from rings strapped to a deck to get stretched. No excuses.

That's because he practices regularly so his arms, shoulders, and back are limber. You'd be amazed at what just moving this way for a little while consistently will do for you. It wouldn't surprise me if people find they get a little taller, too.

Started hurting after following your full body stretching routine - just in my hip area (when standing specifically) - should I do more of a flow warmup or just stop being a little bitch and continue to follow? Could you do a video that includes a full body strengthening, mobility and stretch routine, something that relatively basic, for someone who was once very active and strong but got injured left weights for years and now wants to try and regain functional movement... i have become stale stiff and achey and weak, i dont knoww if im over flexible or weak or strong, chiropractor has helped, physio's arent competent enough through the nhs e.g no time investment, i get the feeling you can help, you have so many helpful videos but i cant do them all, something upto an hour or 2 hours even, just want to hit everything in the correct way and relearn all my muscle activations, big ask i know but i think many may help also... had a motorcycle crash, children and a mental breakdown, safe to say i have totally neglected myself. if you can help great but obviously no expectations you have a life also :)
