Thank you so much, you are a great teacher. My question is that at 5:52, at the end of the primary response, shouldn't the level of ab. concentration shown in the graph be higher than the initial concentration?
Thank you for your appreciation. At the end of the primary response, the plasma cells producing antibodies have died, so there will be no more antibody production. Also, the antibodies already produced by these plasma cells has been used up in clearing the pathogen or infection. Therefore, the Ab concentration declines.
sorry but may I ask to make it in various languages, for example Indonesian .... I really want to learn this video but I don't understand the language used 🙏
I have a doubt sir. Does cell mediated immunity show secondary response. From my understanding it is yes (please correct me if I'm wrong). Then why does everyday talk only about b cells and humoral immunity in connection with secondary response. Like yours of antibodies involved and rate of production etc. Please respond if possible.
Your lectures are meaningful .. but sometimes I think you speak and skip to another piece of information a bit faster so I have to pause and understand it's logic first any way its great ;)
Amazing....now from that time when I saw your vedio first time....when..I came to know any problem in topic firstly I check.ur vedio on that particular topic...too good mam carry on....
