Hi, thank you for your doubt. You may refer to this article for the protocol. Oral Desensitization to Penicillin for the Treatment of Pregnant Women with Syphilis: A Successful Program Doi- doi.org/ 10.1055/s-0037-1606274. There are many other protocols too. Some use the oral method, some may use intravenous method; but I reckon the oral one is better. Let me know if you have any issues.
