It doesn't matter weather it has a hook type grip or not ..your forearms will still burn out 1st before your lats and with a hook grip ur fingers will definitely burn out 1st
This is only made for commercial lat towers and low row stations . How can the common home gym utilize these if most home lat towers are limited on height. it adds too much length you won't get the full stretch. But love the idea.
@@JoseSuarez-bk3qg that doesn't make sense, so I would have to buy an additional bench just to use the handles lol. So in addition to the cost of the handles now I'm dealing with the price of another bench.I already have two benches. That is just pointless
@@DoritosResidue It’s not pointless if you already have the bench. Before I started buying fitness equipment I had an old power block bench I used for dumbbell work. You can use an aerobic riser IF you have one around and will work just fine if your power rack has a lat tower attachment. I’m not in anyway suggesting to by additional equipment but to use what you might want at your disposal.
@@JoseSuarez-bk3qg looks like your saying you should revolve your gym based on 2 handles. It might work fine for other exercises but lat pull downs without being locked in... im not saying you have to be but might as well just change the way grip a lat bar attachment just so you can get the whole stretch
