Glad your back man! Definitely been missing your videos, but perfect timing for the summer. Actually just ordered more wyr wear shirts now that ive been working out again and my shirts fit me even better now. Still feel like wyr is the best quality to price brand rn and love the cool feel of the material and stretchiness for the summer time. Might check this brand out though since ive been getting into golf recently!

For the joggers, if I'm 5'8'' with a 30'' waist, should I go Regular or Short?

Nope don't go short I'm 5'7 and tried on short and it was way above my ankle i mean i didn't like the way it looked maybe that's more up your ally but i returned for a regular and it fit better. I'd say with the regular you can see like one half to 2 inches of skin if you like it like that.

Joggers are supposed to be a little high. I'm 5'9 they look perfect. Perhaps an extra half inch would be better but it looks good with shoes. Don't try it on without shoes, it'll look weird

Can use code Cronk15 so they come out to be around 75 which I think is definitely worth it. They’re actually one of the more inexpensive belt looped joggers.
