He actually seems like quite a likeable guy and I don't mean from this video alone. He's always had a good sense of humor and genuine interest in other people and cultures. 👍 I can't remember where it was, but I've seen clips of him disco dancing back in the day and he wasn't bad. 😊

@@trevorstolz8580 he still does. In order to keep his pilot license he has to make a minimum of x amount of flying hours. So he flies with KLM from time to time on regular commercial aircraft to get his hours in.
I was honoured to be one of his security team during his visit to Luxor,Egypt in the late 90's. Such a pleasant , humble man. You can't imagine Japanese tourists with their cameras seeing him in the ancient temples.
I wish Charles got more credit for being such a good sport. He’s stuck it out through years of mockery, showing far more grit and dedication than his younger son and daughter-in-law ever dreamed of.

So glad you said that! Anyone who's met Charles said what a kind and funny man he is. The British government have been trying for decades to turn public opinion against the Royals. The government and particularly the Tories, don't want to be under the watchful eye of the monarchy. So they have peddled stories over the years to discredit and notice how it's only Charles (the heir) that they go after. Princess Anne and Prince Edward are largely left alone. Hopefully now people will get to see Charles for real.
He was furious when he wasn't allowed to go to the Falklands during the war. Not because he wanted to be in combat, but because he felt his place was with the troops whose oath swore allegiance to Her Late Majesty and him by way of being her heir.
This is why he is so well-liked and respected, not just in the UK but lots of other places too. The verbal abuse he has sometimes had to deal with this last week is absolutely disgusting! Long live the King.
This is sadly why he and Diana did not work out. Not because they didn't love each other. They were both strong characters, competing. Camilla supports, never competes. They're just better suited as a couple. We all need to be a little more understanding of the extraordinary lives they live, and not by choice - like celebrities.

He’s always been funny but had to stifle it as he had to act stodgy. Camilla herself is quite hilarious. They can laugh at each other without offending each other. It’s just a shame when some people don’t give them a break.

Ra B It's a side oh him that many people don't know exists. He has an undeserved reputation for being "stuffy" or "stuck up", because he takes his duties very seriously, but he obviously has his lighter moments!

@Chance Rothesay Do you always try to find hidden meanings in everything? Well, I hate to disappoint, but there's no "backhand compliment" in my assessment of Charles and Camilla as a couple. There's no reason why I can't acknowledge the positive _and_ negative aspects of someone.
A war hero, an intellectual, a self made man and very very funny man shame -Diana fell away. Hard working and not afraid of back breaking work in his many gardens when he has time. So many talents in one just one human being no wonder, as his subjects, we marvel at his daring and unselfish deeds. You often see him talking to the poor giving sage advice!
A great fan of The Goons and personal friend of Spike Milligan, Prince Charles has always had a great sense of humour. He also doesn't care if he looks a fool as long as he is entering into the spirit of whoever he is with. I love this man and know he will be a good King.

I went to Ecolint and Cornell. They have to study material for every person they meet. He is very amiable and open- minded for someone that's a royal. He looks like a very kind person.
Prince Charles shall be a great King, he has had a broad spectrum of cultural expossure, knowledge and personal experience plus his sense of humor. He has shown to be very passionate about the causes he champions, always focusing in the people, instead of himself.
