💯% Agree! Highly suspect as to why he would step down when it was his idea to take the Invictus Games into winter games in Canada. Why wouldn't he see this through as it's only 7 months away, then resign/step down. I think the award was the straw that broke the camel's back for this Gentleman.

If I were the CEO of Invictus and have even a shred of self-respect I would resign too.. the royal family has a large part to play in the early success of Invictus, and there is a whole team that is responsible in making the Invictus game to what it is now..he is a patron, lending his name to bring awareness to the games, not for self-promotion for him and his cringe cheap wife.. him accepting the Pat Tillman award indicates that Invictus is turning into the later.. he could have done the right thing by at least mentioning the key figures of Invictus by name, or bring them on stage with him, because if it were just him Invictus would not be what it is now, because let’s face it, haz is not the brightest or skilled in organising something big like this..
