What is the heresy of two powers in heaven? The basic heresy involved interpreting scripture to say that a principal angelic or hypostatic manifestation in heaven was equivalent to God. The earliest heretics believed in two complementary powers in heaven, while later heretics believed in two opposing powers in heaven. (Genesis 1 Elohim vs Genesis 2 Yahweh Elohim) "Deus" means "God", "Dea" means "Goddess", and "Dei" could either mean "gods" (plural) or "God's" (possessive) based on context. The Hebrew counterparts to the Latin above are El, Elah and Elohim. The Elohist uses the possessive context for Elohim (except when referencing the false Elohim). The Yahwist, Priestly and Deuteronomist use the plural context for Elohim (except when referencing the true Elohim). The Bible isn't about El/Theos/Deus or whatever language you want to say the title (not a name) meaning God. The Bible is about Elohim (sons of El). Good vs evil Elohim, True vs false Elohim, Chosen vs adopted Elohim, Necessary vs contingent Elohim, Genesis 1 Elohim vs Genesis 2 Yahweh Elohim. Bibles should note when Elohim is used as plural or possessive. Theology comes from combining two Greek words: Theos, meaning God, and Logos, meaning Word or rational thought. [The Word is Elohim from Genesis 1] (not to be confused with Yahweh Elohim, the false Elohim, from Genesis 2) Compare John 1: 1-5 with Genesis 1: 1-5: John 1: 1-5 Names of God Bible The Word Becomes Human 1 In the beginning the Word already existed. I don't know anything about this game but it looks very desensitizing to the fact that beelzebub which is still lucifer and all devils and demons alike have no rulership in hell, but they themselves will recieve eternal punishment along with people who do not accept the need for Jesus christ as the very sacrifice to cleanse our sins and iniquities away from us forever, so my friends do not be deceived by the deception of modern games lucifer is real and all he wants you to do is to suffer in hell with him forever and loose eternal life with the true God Jesus Christ that loves you so dearly that he lived a perfect life just to die for us so his perfect and clean blood can wipe away all our sins forever so we may be be in heaven, his kingom Forever and ever. When I think of drug use I think of Sloth, mostly thanks to Se7en, however that guy did much worse than just drugs which made John Doe target him. I never got that far in DDS but I know of a youtuber that stomped the Baal Zebul form but got killed by Death Flies because he didn't know he had that skill in that game

@@Fermin-hw5pd It's such a good duology. The funniest part is that I feel like DDS 2 offers the best Law/Chaos choices in all of SMT, but you don't actually get to choose. You take the Neutral route. I also think it's funny that my favorite SMT game is the one with no demon summoning or fusion.

Debate remains on whether Leviathan and Behemoth are not merely powerful physical creatures. In Job, they are described as titanic creatures of land and sea, as though Job would have seen and known them. I'm in the dinosaur camp, but many today preach that they are crocodile and rhino.

I grew up thinking of Leviathan as simply a big sea creature, but the fact that it's commonly interpreted as not only a demon, but one of the more important ones just leaves me a bit baffled that it hardly appears in SMT. But maybe they don't want to be inaccurate by making it a demon when scripturally it's not described as such.

Seriously? Not even fights like Albus, Julius, Whip's Memory or something? Cringe

Beelzebub? Really? Every boss in the reverse castle that's not Galamoth or Giant Bat can be killed in like 8 seconds with the Crissigrim, and Giant Bat is piss easy while Galamoth is the superboss so of course he's brutally hard. There are way better fights in Castlevania like the ones stated by that other guy. (Albus, Julius, and Whip's Memory) Dracula's fights in the last two games, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia, are also amazing, especially the Order of Ecclesia boss fight. Dear God was that fight absolutely wicked. Other bosses like Dimitrii from Dawn of Sorrow and any of the legion fights are also really good if a lot easier. The fights with Death in the later games are also really good, and Dullahan and Astarte from Portrait of Ruin are easily the best earlygame bosses in the series hands down. Most games start with some piss easy skeleton or bat that you just wail on, but not Portrait of Ruin. The best bosses in that game are right at the start! Heck, half of Aria of Sorrow's boss roster are exactly just that, easy bosses that have incredibly simple patterns that you just wail on until they die. Makes sense, since all those "bosses" are just enemies from later in the game repurposed as earlygame bosses. Other games like Circle of the Moon and Order of Ecclisia are similar in how easy the first two or so bosses are. But there are certainly WAY TOO MANY better bosses in Castlevania than Beelzebub in SotN. All Beelzebub does in that game is soak up damage while spamming rotating flies and projectiles, and once again you can kill him in 8 seconds with Crissigrim which is extremely easy to get. In SotN as soon as you get to the reverse castle you can get incredibly busted incredibly quickly by b-lining straight to the Cursed Library and farming Schmoos which infinitely respawn until you get the 1% crissigrim drop, the second best weapon in the game. By that point you can skill every enemy and boss in the game in seconds with the only things in the entire game standing in your way being the final guards in the clock hallway (who are ironicly way stronger than Dracula in this game) who are immune to everything and the superboss Galamoth's who entire massive body minus the head is also immune to everything. But once you get the Alucard Shield and made sure you picked up the Shield Staff from the normal castle you are literally unstable as their shield spell gained from using the Alucard Shield with the Shield Staff gives you 100% pierce + almighty damage + 255 healing per hit + 255 damage a frame which nearly instant kills everything the shield touches, including the final guards and galamoth.

Hell yeah. Beelzelbub and the ball of corpses are badass

Gruesome indeed. The boss was basically a rotting corpse that released giant flies. Pretty freaky stuff.

Yeah 99% of the deaths were from hanging. Also that guy who got crushed by rocks was the chaddest chad to have ever chaded. Second best character. Demon Hunter Man was the best character and he's bascally the protagonist. I cried at his death scene. So tragic and beautiful...

Yahweh is guilty of all the "sins" that he labels, but apparently, he can get away with it because "sin implies disobedience, and Yahweh cannot disobey himself". Even then, that's untrue for any system governed by rule of law. Obviously, Yahweh doesn't actually give a shit about rule or law.
