@@oiklej It's not cheating. Speedrunning means to complete a game in best possible time using glitches etc. Though I agree the link of video given is a pure(I MEAN with no glitches etc.) but you cannot blame other categories for cheating
is it me or the oldest sands of time in this series looks light years ahead of the other two later games? the clothe and light simulation in that game was awesome and everything was just softer, better quality
It maybe because both pop warrior within and two thrones were rushed so they did not focus much on the graphics of the two games. But anyways the three of them are masterpieces
Could you do a in depth tutorial explaining how zipping works and all the hights and lenths you can do? Also what's your favorite PoP game (when not speedruning) and what's your favorite game in general?

I know this is old, but it's called a zip. Basically you overload the memory of the rewind system with a bunch of junk inputs (which he does by binding scroll to walk forward) and everything past a certain number of inputs gets it's momentum multiplied and can go through walls. There's also a zipless category due to how prevalent the glitch is in normal runs.
In regards to zipping, how do you make the Prince do that forward walk motion after doing the jump and block inputs? I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it on a controller!
no idea what patch you are talking about. that would be a mod, which is not allowed for speedruns done on the leaderboard. But you are always free to speedrun w.e game or modded game that you want. (it would just be a different category, or even game depending how different it is)
@@PunjabiBassNation I played Prince Of persia way back the Age of the Ps2, I haven't heard or learned those glitches to Skip some levels. What I recommende you is that you search For prince pf persia speedrunig explained/glitches, and you'll find a community dedicated to help you. But it you're not into speed running, than i suggest to you to play the Game normaly without exploitation of bugs at Least on your first playthrough. It's a good video game sometimes I came here for nostalgia . And good luck
This is the any% category, glitches are allowed. If you are interested in a "glitchless" category, check out "NMG (No Major Glitches)" runs. That's the closest thing we have to a glitchless category in pop games.
Lol the hard parts. We are skipping all the parts to go fast 😂. If you are ignorant enough to think this is cheating, why are you watching it? Go check out some glitchless speedruns, those might not trigger you.
