Arsenio Hall didn't set Prince up with the vault question. If U were old enough 2 know it was common knowledge that Prince had a vault of material. All he did was record. Prince could release an album/CD annually 4 decades.

I knew about the vault before that interview. He said that he created many songs, but not every song fit his use so he stored them. (Michael did the same thing). In fact he stated that someone else will most likely publish them when he's gone.

I did hear this however. I heard he was on prescription pain medicine In an interview from someone close to him I don't remember if it was Sheila e, or who. He was on it for years because he would do all kinds of crazy dances while wearing heels, Even jumping off speakers with heels on. But something I thought I heard, for some reason I remember reading he couldn't get his prescription like he normally did from the doctor for the narcotic pain medicine, So he had an associate purchase it from the street which ultimately led to his untimely death. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I could dig up the article somewhere. So I don't understand this video if what I read was true.

As a Prince fan-I knew about his "vault" of music since the 90's! Fans of Prince had been collecting his unreleased bootleg material on cassette since the 90's! I see now why a lot of people are only social media detectives!

I love his music, i witnessed the absolute best concert I’ve ever seen live a couple of times and to believe this brother is gone and the way he went out is incredibly sad, but to ignore his addiction and say it was whatever you trying to say is taking away an opportunity for someone who is struggling to take this as a wake up call.
