Prince William and Kate Middleton Declined to Have Servants at Home for the Sweetest Reason

Despite having senior royal status, Prince William and Kate Middleton do not allow their staff to fully take the reins when it comes to caring for their children, a new source reports.
"I think it would surprise people to see how ordinary things are at home," a source exclusively told The Daily Mail. "The children help with laying the table, clearing their plates when they’ve finished eating and helping with tidying up. There’s no preferential treatment."
Instead, William and Middleton rely on their staff to help them with their time, mainly to "manage their busy working schedules" and "after school" time according to the source. This led to the royal couple not taking their former live-in nanny, Teresa Turrion Borrallo, with them when they moved to Windsor from Kensington Palace, with the source saying that Borrallo "would not relocate with them" after careful consideration from the William and Middleton.
Not having a nanny likely makes Middleton's cancer treatment even more difficult to deal with, but the Princess of Wales has "been determined to make sure her children's home life is not disrupted" and has made sure that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Louis's live remain "normal as possible" in light of the circumstances.
"Catherine is very, very natural," the source explained. "She keeps the family down to earth. Home is a safe haven. In a bid to keep things functioning as smoothly as possible she has been keen for everything to carry on as normal for the children."
And the kids are expected to be good at home, too-the source added, "The children are still expected to do their chores and to muck in at home."
