She never showed the tiniest indication of love for Charles, and started cheating in the first three years. There is NO EVIRENCE of a relationship between Charles and Camilla in the early years of the marriage, until 1986, when it was unofficially, but most definitely over. Charles' jealousy of Diana is a story Diana put out. The problem was Diana's jealousy of the QUEEN! Just look at Diana's face in this video.

Falling out with your sisters, your sister-in-law, your Mother, your Granny, your boys' Nannies, your House-keeper..... and throwing your maid's engagement ring down the loo.... These are the things that a Narcissist does. A person who is NOT a Narcissist ....... puts up with the betrayal quietly for a few years... then eventually goes back to someone who is kind, supportive and trustworthy, and stays with that person in a contented relationship for 30 years. Catherine, Princess of Wales is a stable, gracious and unassuming personality from a solid stable family. Very lucky for PWilliam.

Best personality? She was damaged by her dysfunctional childhood, a boy born before her died (he would have been the heir) and she was made to feel inadequate for being a girl. She describes her father hitting her mother, who lost a custody battle when they divorced, and her father brought home a new wife without even telling the children that he was remarrying. Her father has several affairs, and sexually harassed female staff, including the children's nannies. She was paranoid and expected all men to be like her father, uncaring, unreliable and unfaithful, so no wonder she accused Charles of having affairs with any female he was close to. It was all she knew. The 'third person' she talked about was in fact not Camilla but the boys' Nanny Alexandra Legg-Bourk who she she accused of getting pregnant by Charles and having a abortion. She needed public adulation to bolster her confidence, so courted publicity to ensure that she had it, and used the press to further her own ends, including trying to make her long-term lover jealous by gallivanting around France with Dodi Fayad instead of spending the school holidays with her sons. We all know how that ended.

It wasn’t a “wry little smile”. It was a smirk. She didn’t want to be there. Didn’t understand what it was all about. Because she never bothered to learn anything that was hard. When the Queen Mother called her ‘thick’ she wasn’t wrong. Diana, for all her beauty and great fashion sense, wasn’t very bright. You don’t have to be exceptionally smart for the ‘job’, but you do need common sense. And unfortunately she had none. Her son Harry has inherited that from her. William, thank goodness, did not.

However, I thought it was telling that the woman who Princess Diana lived with for two months before her marriage in order to teach her how to navigate thru the myriad protocols required would make this remark. Apparently, based on the remark, she didn’t do well and the Queen Mother turned off on her to the affect that they didn’t even speak towards the end. Camilla didn't give him the chance to know and love Diana. Always around for Distraction . Like Diana said, there were three 3⃣ of them in the Marriage and it was CROWDED.

The Royal Family did not use her and they did not abandon her. She brought about the divorce by doing the Panorama Interview and after the divorce she was still allowed to live at Kensington Palace with a 400,000 pound a year Allowance from the RF to pay for her staff. That was on top of her Divorce Settlement.

They abandoned each other. Diana was very young when she took on the job of being The Princess of Wales. She and Charles were not suited and it was never a happy marriage. I do not believe that it would have been right for Charles to have continued pretending that all was good and that they could both have had affairs and carried on. That is not right either and their children would have been no better off.
