Princess Peach must save the play as she takes the spotlight in her very own action game. Princess Peach and some loyal Toads are about to enjoy a performance at the Sparkle Theater when the wicked Grape and the Sour Bunch bust on the scene to flip the script! These bad actors kidnap the stars of each play, terrorize the other cast and crew, and leave Peach trapped inside as they steal the show. To curtain-call this tragedy, Peach must team up with the theater's guardian, Stella. Using the power of Sparkle, Peach must take the stage of each play inside the Sparkle Theater and transform to match the performance. Each transformation changes up the action and comes with its own abilities for Peach to use against Grape’s evil acting troupe. Only by clearing all the floors and rescuing the star actors can she truly save the theater! Play like a princess and transform into leading roles with showstopping abilities. Fend off the Sour Bunch as Swordfighter Peach as you slash and dodge attacks-en garde! Whisk up some tasty treats as Patissiere Peach and see just how quickly you can decorate a cake. Wrangle your foes with a lasso as Cowgirl Peach, hurl buses and slam foes with super strength as Mighty Peach, synchronize your spins with other performers as Figure Skater Peach, and more! Each transformation gives Peach a dramatic entrance and the abilities she needs to take back each play.

As a 19 year old male I felt so weird playing through this game (and buying it from a store), but I actually thought it was great. The creativity It has and the multiple different transformations make it far from stale, and the (literal) lighting is so nice to stare at and I am also a big fan of the "showtime" theme being used in games. It may be easy but it's a fun type of easy, the type easy I can can get stomache playing lol (I beat all the "souls" games btw lol). I am also bit of a completionist so this just tickled my fancy. Music is terrific and I actually hummed it to myself when doing other other stuff. bloody brilliant game all around... at least for me. Nintendo been doing banger after banger so far. I can't wait for ttyd remake :)

If you felt weird playing a woman in a game, that just means more female protagonists are needed. Female gamers play male characters all the time and it's so normalised it never occurs to us to feel weird about it. Play more girls. Play Tomb Raider and be Lara, play Metroid and be Samus. You'll find that it's not so weird to play another gender in a game

@@rhiwright Its not that i don't mind playing a game with a female lead characters in it, played one recently actually (resident evil 1), its just that It feels weird playing a game targeted to a younger demographic and that it is kinda "girly" in a way, if you get what I mean. I liked it and thought it was fun, there's that i guess lol.

Kung Fu Peach has a reference to the American movie, Kung Fu Master. She can perform her martial arts movements similar to Young Cricket in the WarioWare series shouting “Hiye!” “Hah!” “Yah!” and she now says “Ready for action!” in the splash intro while her eyes or mouth are open wider. A Chinese song plays when she has now became a martial artist to send the Sour Bunch flying out of the stage with her martial art skills. In the Play Results like Mighty Peach, She strikes a pose shouting “yah!” that her mouth stays closed, showing off an angry face expression, whimpering and joining her hands together onto her chest while are legs stick together then saying “Thank you!” as confetti rain in the stage. 1:02:43

How to dress like Kung Fu Peach: 1: Purple Tai Chi Jacket Get ready for action in a purple tai chi jacket for the base of your Kung Fu Peach outfit. 2: Gold Fabric Paint Use fabric paint to apply on the jacket like the opening ridges and the tip of the bell sleeves while as you can create the seigaiha pattern on the bottom but there is also a flame emblem on the back center surrounded by the circular ring. 3: Dark Blue Joggers Wear your dark blue joggers which is used to run powerful and warm up your legs. 4: White Stockings The white stockings can keep your feet warm. 5: Black Slip-On Shoes For your martial arts moves, Don your black slip-on shoes with yellow soles and two-crossed loops of strings while wearing your stockings. 6: Dark Blue Sash The dark blue sash tightens your own jacket around your waist which represents to be as thinner than a belt and matches the color of your joggers. 7: Yellow High Braid Assemble a yellow high braid on the back center of your hair for the style.
