Put in overpowered tower/card --> Collect the money --> nerf it to oblivion --> repeat. Like you can't tell me, they already planned these "balance" changes before the dagger came out. This was probably how she was indented from the start, but they buffed the stats for the money.

As long as all 3 are being used in the top of ladder that’s fine. But like if princess is the only one being used, then the other cards need a buff. Like every tower troop should get utility and synergy for different play styles and decks

That’s the problem. Those people complaining about the dagger duchess aren’t good at the game. The dagger duchess was mid before the new nerf. The dagger duchess wasn’t the problem, the PROBLEM was their skill issue.

It still destroys cycle decks. It's as close to balanced as it will ever get. It's either this or it gets completely killed so it's not used at all. A lot would prefer the latter.

Everyone is also using Pekka and Giant. I ran into like 20 decks where people had Pekka RG, Giant and Goblin Giant all in the same deck. The Meta is so messed up right now. All they have to do is spam the cards at the bridge. So what I did was made a deck just like that and now I have won 15 games in a row

Cannoneer has very high Damage output - but it is slow ( technically more DPS than princess) It is weak against swarms, but very strong against anything else - it is meta dependent and deck dependent (if the meta is swarm it is tanks it is the best, swarms it is the worst). In balanced metas you have to build your tank with excessive anti-swarm to be able to use it.

I've formed my main decks around tower troops that can ignore small spam, so heavier decks, and I don't see it enjoyable to have to stop every little thing with the princess tower. Then there will be no difference between princess tower and duchess. The thing that make duchess unique is her burst attack and recharing mechanic. Same goes for canonneer.

@@tanmaymanglik8684 it will be still unique my friend it will fire a lot faster with less dps but overall more dpm. cannoneer also isn't different from princess tower it offers far more damage per shot but that has its own disadvantages

@@Cine95 Cannoneer is very different from princess tower in pretty much every aspect. Do you even play this game? What these tower troops do is change interactions where you can ignore stuff and get an elixir advantage for not having to defend. That's really what determines whether a tower troop is better than the princess. There's no point in playing the duchess if you're still required to defend small pushes and end up with a worse tower in longer fights.

what you are essentially suggesting is Duchess to be a caffeinated hyperactive Princess and Princess to be a Lazy Princess 😂😂 The Duchess mechanic is good as it is. A dagger and an arrow cannot deal same damage by logic.

@@stevendebruijn576 lol now you are questioning that do i play this game ? in what ground breaking aspect is the cannoneer completely different compared to the princess tower ? its literally a high damage per shot princess tower with lower health but an insane amount of damage per shot. A similar mechanic could have been implemented on the dagger dutches therefore it would have not been broken from the start

That’s what I’m saying. There’s nothing special about her, heck what even makes her legendary anymore. Especially since she can’t even kill a Phoenix egg without it respawning. It’s useless now
