I wanna ask you some beginner questions: - Is a white background required as background layer in your Ps file? - does mis-registration only occurs when you switch color-drums and put the sheets back in the printer to print the remaining colors? Should it be part of the artwork in a 2-color printing situation or should i print 1-color at a time to intentionally have that result? Thanks :)

Hi Olivia!! I’ve talked to a couple techs about this issue already, and I found your video in hopes of an answer. I’m not quite there yet lol, wondering if you knew how to fix it when your color options aren’t showing in the drop-down menu in the coloring tab when you go to print? I have tried everything, including a fresh install, and I have set up all colors in the environment tab.. no luck. Are you familiar with this issue or how I could fix this? Thanks so much. Your videos are awesome and have helped me so much so far in my riso journey 💖
If the techs couldn’t resolve your issue then I probably would not be able to, either, as I am not even a tech and haven’t received the kind of training and resources they have, including access to manuals and the riso tech hotline that only serves techs. 😭 And I actually don’t know what the issue is either if you have tried everything! Very sorry!!
Yes you can pass the paper through the machine and layer different colours that way... :-) try to do some experiments and you might find some cool results! :-)
