Just print a solid nozzle assembly with normal resin, and slide it into the rubber gasket. Connect 2 nozzles together with a solid wall only on the inside, then slide it into the gasket from the inside until it hits the wall. This way you get the best of both. You could use silicone on the wall connecting the inner nozzles to the gasket if it leaks. I hope you understand. Basically 2 nozzels on a solid inner wall as hard resin, and the gasket has 2 holes and maybe a small indent where the wall is recessed into so they mate together. Add a little silicone to the inner walls and slide them together. Just my thoughts on it.

instead of having to disassemble the whole battery for changing the metal fuel electrode, try a top loading "hanging pouch" design, that you can just insert a new metal/aluminium fuel sheet and remove it whenever.
