YES!!! 114 Years, then when he completed that give him another 114 years. Because someone else would be another victim!! And there is no help for him!!! He is MENTALLY UNSTABLE!!! To Stab someone 114 TIMES????
An eye for an eye. Tristan LOST her life and her family is in pain forever. 114 years and a 114 stabs. The later given one by one, without warning or any knowledge of who, were or when a new stab will come. Patch him up, no painkillers.
Remember this victim: 13 years old!! He butchered her no remorse. She can't get a light sentence. She got life eternal and her family without their family member cannot ever talk to her Again. Lest you forget
@@annemoretti3173 I believe she sneaked out but how is that more important than the fact that a peer stabbed her 114 times??? She trusted him as well, it's not as if she went out with a stranger
I don’t understand why there’s so much discussion and concerns about fucci’s comfort or discomfort in prison. HE VICIOUSLY AND VIOLENTLY MURDERED A YOUNG GIRL - she was just a child. 114 stab wounds, a prolonged and painful death. Debating fucci’s wellbeing and opportunities he may or may not have in prison is an insult to the victim’s family. He deserves zero, nothing. He should just have to fend for himself in gen pop.
@@Raimond799 Lol His mandatory sentence is 40 years minimum. He will be in prison until at least age 54. If he gets life without parole then that's that, after 40 years, he stays put. If he has a chance at parole it won't be until 2066 and definitely not in 20 years. He stabbed Tristyn 114 times. His knife broke in her skull. She had 49 defensive wounds. His past isn't relevant at this point. But he was often in trouble before this. In jail he has fought, threatened the lives of guards and their families and threatened, fought with, extorted and robbed other inmates. Sociopathy & psychopathy have no cures, he will never change. Society doesn't need him out of prison.
I can't stand hearing how his mom sends him money to purchase things he wants..I hate hearing she speaks to him once a week, and will probably be able to see him.. What I see is a boy who showed no remorse about what he did.. Who planned to take a life, and who stabbed a child repeatedly 114 times.. He could have stopped each time he stabbed her.. He should receive the maximum sentence..
Right and all of that the poor Baileys cannot see, hug, talk to, travel with, watch graduate from h.s. nor college, her dad can't walk her down the aisle nor meet grandkids that Tristan woild've had!! I hope his mom is happy though with being able to visit him.....🤔
So this guy gets paid $200 hr, and didn't even take the opportunity to meet with him? So, he self reported the need for protection for self harm AFTER he threatened to stab another inmate and episodes of bullying. So he likes to dish it out and then runs to the office threatening self harm. What a cowardly bully
It’s remarkable to me that there is a single person who thinks it’s a good idea for this monster of a kid to ever get out of prison. Do their brains even work? Do you not see the psychopathy? Do you not see the lack of remorse? Did you not hear “114?” They are mental.
That's the thing his brain isn't even fully formed yet. I think with these school shooters and this kid as well, there's no sense of consequences. Their brain is not functioning completely, but you wonder about what kind of rehabilitation there can be in prison.
Jeez I feel for both families and the tsunami of grief they are challenged with. After listening to all the evidence and arguments, I would never let this kid out. Especially after him threatening other inmates with stabbing. What a terrible choice he made for all involved
I watched the documentary on Riker Island prison and Aiden is doing exactly what you have to do. Might is right. Prison administration isn't going to slap prisoners on the hand and babysit them. In prison, if someone pushes you, you push back. Drugs, tobacco and porn are the currency in prison. Aiden is a target. I would suggest to Aiden that he began weight training to get strong. Don't get mad until it's time to get mad. Hopefully Aiden can hook up with someone who has his back.
@@timMycat-ov2kg I don’t want him to have a “friend”. We see what he does to people he considers his “friend”. He took someone’s life. He should have to look over his shoulder in fear the rest of his life. That’s my opinion.
He did the deeds of a demons and justice will come by Elohim. We will all stand before our creator! I pray he repents and receives a new spirit before that time comes!
I also think it’s important to send the message to other kids thinking to follow in his footsteps that they’ll spend the rest of their lives in prison.it’s disturbing seeing the number of who I assume are kids on these threads seeking attention, or just trolling,.
The sentence of Life without Parole is Just for what was done. It should send a message to all children wanting to act on wild fantasy. Aiden knows what it feels like to murder a living human, now. Movies are Not reality but they are a programming tool. Be very careful what you allow your child to take into their eyes to the brain. Even adults can be programmed and influenced by Media sources. Aiden's group was obsessed with Murder Gore Movies, he apparently fixated and was unable to separate life from fiction. We even screened cartoons, Ren and Sippy, The Simpsons, anything that had adult subjects or antisocial behaviors, were not allowed. I allowed my son of 11 to watch Gremlins when my daughter was barely two. She had nightmares for months. We perceive something innocent but a child's mind cannot differentiate.
New idea. Make legislation. If you murder someone and the death penalty is off the table, family should be allowed to wreck you daily for the time you’re in jail.
This witness said several times about how over-populated the juvenile offender facilities are and he said the number of rehab services providers has declined since 2006. Tell me again why Florida is such a great place to raise children.
I agree. It's a dismal summation of our judicial system. Not much hope of rehabilitation of people who may actually need it. Not talk g about Fucci here. He seems to be a psychopath 😢
@@darlenethomas8291 So are all those GOP voters bad parents? Maybe it's the lack of funding for family services and child and teen centers that don't have the ticket price of a theme park. Perhaps it's the low living wage that causes parents to work two or three jobs to pay for shelter and food. It is not necessarily paradise for the working class folks.
@@mad7fisher Yes, I agree that Fucci shows little hope of being able to function in society. While we have lots of psychopaths functioning well as CEO's and in government, he has shown that affinity for blood and death that will be difficult to overcome with therapy and medication.
He's already struggling in prison from what the guy is stating. He's in for one heck of a life in prison, he's a target. He'll be forced into solitary confinement just to stay alive.
in prosecutors closing statement she mentioned Aiden's behaviors in jail. I'm really wondering where I can find that video. He has gambled, he's bullied, intimidated the guards and bragged about his crimes to scare other inmates something to the effect of... "I don't shoot my victims i stab them and make them suffer" 😳 I don't know where to find anyone speak about that though!
@@jess_jeff7549 he will turn 18yrs old- and “classified,” as an adult - shipped to adult state prison. He was in a detention center w/ kids . Wait till he gets to the adult prison, he gambles- looses - no money to pay he will have to pay, he will not be dumb enough to act like that around grown men. He mind as well enjoy the playground-prison for now. There’s no way he will act like that in adult prison & the inmates will have consequences. The correctional officers- can tell an inmate to give him a a$s whooping, or more. This young man has no idea the hell he is going to face, he is off to a bad start, by the time he’s in his 40’s he could see parole- parole will deny him -I did not see the closing statement- abt his behavior, i have heard a few times he has been acting like a tough guy. That will not last long
A middle school student who savagely butchered another middle school student.....both babies at the end of the day. I pray for the Bailey family. What Trystan endured was horrific, to say the least. Every Mother's day will be a reminder of this nightmare.😢 This child is deeply troubled, and because of his senseless actions, he will spend the rest of his life in jail. This is so disturbing and heartbreaking
Ma’am, with all due respect…He was NO “baby.” He was cool, calculating and highly evolved in his planning and execution skill set. ZERO remorse with LESS THAN ZERO accountability. Believe me, ma’am, no “baby” can do what he did. The only baby he is is a baby sociopath.
Heart breaking for HER family not his !! He is still alive ! There are always signs 🤔 gee, like his own mother washing his bloody jeans ! She belongs in prison as well
The grandma gave statements here that everything was honkey dorey, you know just Christian home, Brady Bunch; but in reality this kid has been sending out red flags for years. Kicked out of his prior school for 27 instances of behavior. He told his girlfriend that his mother was emotionally abusive & didn't seem care about him, & his father beat & chocked him on multiple occasions, so this isn't the idyllic home life that grandma seemed think it was, & this is part of problem! No one is paying attention to this mounting bad behavior. There were very disturbing pictures found in his room depicting a murderous figure with a knife, & an obscene drawing of woman with injuries. Red Flags everywhere. This didn't have to happen. Was he in therapy at least; I know he talked to Dean at his present school. about his frustrations. idk, just feel like alit was ignored about this kids deteriorating mental health
@@mischaraine1645 well the stuff about the dad is documented, as far as arrests for assault (several) & once while Aidan was a passenger in his car. He assaulted a man at gas station.
Perhaps, he did to T what he’d like to have done to his mother?! Anyone who pushes being a Christian family>aren’t! When you walk the walk you don’t have to prove it w Talk!….It appears the kid didn’t have the one thing all kids deserve> To be truly loved & shown that, Not by having wants but needs (be truly loved) met=Mom was there, but not there! (Which explains at least 1/2 the kids in America)😢
Any kid who bounced up to 5 incidents at school let alone 27 should get a program Dr. Phil described as Kamikaze Parenting. Strip bedroom off all electronics, toys, and privacy. EVERY privilege, toy, MUST be earned back over time. If your kid keeps slaming that bedroom door and doing sneaky stuff, take the door off the hinges for a while. Can't trust your kid at school and they aren't kicked out YET - parent attends all classes, like a chaperone. This sends a clear message to the kid and all their other hoodlum friends that ADULTS are watching so you better straighten up or stay away from your little buddies. Parents saying they have to work, don't have time, solicit help from ANY available family or friends or community people. Better to give the kid a taste of loosing their freedoms young via active parenting VS them ending up like this kid losing freedom for life.
LOVE rhis guy ... He has common sense and is REALISTIC and is not given to any agenda but realistic assessments of THIS situation... Not a bleeding heart liberal or a hard right guy ... just honest about what we are dealing with these kids.
They won’t give Aiden the maximum sentence because he is a minor. He has earned the violent offender maximum sentence. More time is spent on his issues than what he did to sweet Tristyn. He admitted to stabbing Tristyn 114 times. He has no sense of true remorse; it isn’t there. While Aiden won’t be rehabilitated in prison, he won’t be free to harm anyone else on the outside. Psychopathic. Justice for Tristyn; bless her parents and siblings. 💔
Why do they waste the courts time with this nonsense? You murder a child in a premeditated fashion you get locked up and they throw away the key. Prison isn't supposed to be a holiday resort you're expected to have a bad time. That's still merciful compared to what happened to that poor child he stabbed.
You realize he was a child also idiot… some people are so stupid.. you fuckin idiot the person you are when you were 14 you’re literally going to be a completely different person when your 54
Just to say my Uncle couldn’t read or write his whole life. He had a traumatic brain injury and had help with very simplistic words. So he actually faked it all his life
Kids are just passed on. The teachers and most school systems in general pass kids on. Not enough time to spend with the kids to help them keep up and catch up. Parents and families should be doing due diligence to help their child along the way, educating them always. In our present day, there really should not be any excuses with this, especially with technology. My response is no disrespect to our hard-working teachers, parents, and families who don't get the credit they deserve.
I hadn't thought about the impact of COVID on anti-recidivism (repeat offending) programs in prisons. The entire legal system was paralyzed, along with the rest of the world.
This is what we do to our children, these are the examples we set, and then we wonder why one of our children would act in this way. We are horrified, we crucify the child, there is something wrong with him/her, but in the meantime we are actually horrified by what we have allowed our child to become. We do not want to share the blame and we crucify the child even more in order that we do not have to share in any of the blame. It is not our children who become monsters, we are the monsters who raise our children to be like us.
Too late for Tristyn. Don't care how hard he has it. He butchered this young innocent child. Life without parole. Either you start handing out these correct sentences or these young offenders will never stop. It was horrific. Bet if their child they would not be supporting this guy.
Ugh why is this at the beginning of this trial, she's asking all these questions? Then the prosecutor speaks and she changes her tune. Wasting time. Get on with it. A life for a life Aiden! 40 years without parole, less time served. Rest in Peace Tristin, justice will be served. ❤️🕊🕯✝️
This isn't a trial, it's his sentencing hearing to find out if he gets life without parole or will have a chance to be paroled after his mandatory 40 years.
Poor Aiden, NOT! Imagine him being in fear for his life. I hope that in his life sentence he is in fear of his life every single day of his incarceration, and that every day is living hell for him. And I hope in 25 years time, that the parole board not only deny him a release, but they make it clear to him that he will never, ever be released. That in itself is not justice, but at least we can take some comfort in the knowledge that his time in prison reduces him to what he is, a monster, who needs to be locked up forever. There should be no mercy for him.
He's now a prisoner for life in adult prison no one ever ever should take a beautiful gals life so beautiful cheer squad daughter sister of the Bailey family members 💔🙏😢 please rest in peace 🙏💔🙏🙏 blessings
Boo hoo!! Aiden has destroyed a beautiful family. He can't stay out of trouble, even in Jail! Can't wait to hear he pissed off the right person, a lifer that has nothing to lose. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I’d like to preface my response with the fact that my feelings about the prison system in NO way supports or justifies Fucci’s despicable behavior or faults his sentence. He is and most likely always will be a dangerous psychopath, and there is no punishment on this earth that will ever make up for what he did to that beautiful girl! However, while I listened to his defense attorney’s calm and thorough questioning, I was astounded to learn that prisoners with life sentences are considered “at the bottom of the barrel” when it comes to access to improvement programs. i have absolutely no experience and a limited understanding of the prison system, but this makes to sense to me at all. While I understand the need to get prisoners with shorter sentences into programs which might help them upon release, I would think that allowing prisoners sentenced to life access to education programs would improve their over-all intellect and possibly their behavior in such a way that they may become better inmates…less prone to violence? A bored mind is most definitely a potentially dangerous kind. Giving them the opportunity to learn gives them an opportunity to realize what life has to offer (even under their circumstances) and possibly learn to embrace those ideals. I understand prison systems serves two purposes and those are to punish people who disobey the law and to protect society from dangerous predators. BUT wouldn’t it benefit prison systems if they afforded their inmates facing life sentences some avenues to improve their minds and ultimately their outlook/behavior? I can’t imagine how a human being could live without a reason to live? How can a human being have an incentive to become a decent human being if they don’t know how to become one? I also understand that Fucci and young offenders like him are a serious threat to society, I understand that they most likely “can’t be fixed,” and they deserve their punishment. But by depriving these incredibly immature inmates the opportunity to educate their still developing minds, isn’t the current system simply encouraging them not to change…not to understand what the reality of life really is nor inspire them to better themselves? And as a result, by denying these prisoners any chance to improve their minds, they are creating a population who will always believe violence is their only answer to everything which makes their prisons even more volatile and dangerous. While punishment is a necessity, violent prisons aren’t. Why not give all inmates a chance to improve their lives and thereby make their lives more tolerable? As we all know, reading just one book has dramatically changed the lives of many people we admire and respect. Why not give prisoners a chance to experience the same consequence, if not for themselves but for the entire population of the prison where they are housed?
Why not give him a chance to improve his life? Because he is an animal. He should live like one. He deserves no chance to do differently. His victim has no chance. He can rot in a cell as far as I'm concerned..and I bet I'm not the only person who feels this way.
I appreciate you sentiment, but it really comes down to economics. The U.S. has the 2nd largest prison population in the world, depending on which site you use. They are currently overcrowded, and understaffed. IDK what happened in his life, but certainly 17 suspensions means his issues have long gone unaddressed. If he wants to "change" or "improve", it's up to him now. He will have access to library and books. He can "self improve" if he so chooses. Or indulge his worse fantasies. What he can't do is make "us" responsible for "his life". We are only responsible to make others safe from him.
Everything is a time process and at the designated moment of that process Fucci should be placed in the type of environment where age is no longer a factor , the type of Crime that he Committed merits the kind of environment that he would have been sent to had his age not been a reason . The Metaphor of Heaven and Hell can be found in the type of environment that Fucci is hoping and trying to avoid . And if or Should Justice be as Blind as the Scales of Justice is Portrayed then the metaphor of Heaven and Hell will become a reality .
He's too dangerous to get out . His affect when his parents were allowed to see & talk to him ( it's on YT) was chilling. He didnt react, he didn't give a damn. It was like they weren't even there. But also, "staff development"? How complicated can locking people up be 🤔. I remember a much c lebrated US 'bespoke' psych & rehab programme for murderers which was quietly dropped, because the reoffending rate went UP. Prisoners just learned to parrot what the psych staff wanted to hear.
We all are losing the fact that children going through puberty don't have the brain function to make sound decisions. Most children don't follow through with fantasy or violent thoughts they may have. By the time this child reaches 25 he won't be the same person as he was at 13. He should be able to make sound decisions by 25. Did anyone find out WHY these two children left their homes after midnight? We know what Adin had been fantasizing about but why did the little girl leave her home to walk with Aidin? Granted that may never be known as why she met with Aiden at midnight? Parents have to sometimes go to Extremes to protect their pre- teen and teenager from themselves. Cameras and security systems are not a substitute for vigilant parents. Although they provide evidence After The Fact. Trusting a pre-teen is risky, being a parent is a juggling act and trying to stay one step ahead of your child is exhausting. I understand why people say lock that kid up and throw away the key. His actions go beyond our comprehension of understanding or compassion for him. How can this kind of violent murder by a child, happen in our society? He is definitely a case for in depth study.
There are millions of teens that make it through life without stabbing someone or shooting people! I agree these situations should be studied and that the teen brain isn't even close to being fully developed but when there is already a history of mental illness in the family, then you would think that there had to be some red flags somewhere and there were!
I'm sorry are they trying to make us feel bad for the life he will have in prison? Cause I don't care. He is alive, that is something his victim no longer is. He should not get any nice things, he should be as miserable as possible.
Skillfully demonstrated ? Lmao first what exactly was the expert witness incompetent on? He literally was there based on his time in Florida corrections and other correctional jobs.
So they are admitting that rehabilitation for crimes that heinous are worthless and give them a job or skill that help pay to house their uselessness in society. Let’s be honest there is no saving people like this and tax payers are sick of paying for them.
$200/ hour for nonsensical b.s. 😂 I earned a PhD in mathematical physics ( Ivy League Institution) and retired from a 30 year University career. I think $200/ hour for a zookeeper is a tad extreme. The schools in which I studied and taught didn't even offer graduate degrees in such hogwash. ( Note: I am not talking about psychology, but refer to his so - called Master's degree.) What a funny world we now live in. I was blessed, though, to work in the field that I truly enjoyed and loved. God Bless! Reinhold Von Treffencaunbowz, MBBS, PhD
There should not be a defence for this kid just put him in prison why defend someone who stabbed young lady that many times why he getting a comfort zone treatment hes a troubled kid put him away before he does it again he seems act like a big guy let him do the time
Again what relevance is it bringing guy from prison to explain what went on there with guilty defendant??simple to understand there will be lags in there who marked him before even entering prison because of his dreadful crime ,,,,its common knowledge,,its all pointless,,we know ow defendant guilty so it's mandatory fr life sentence,,then defendant truly have to watch his back as they say,,,some dangerous convicted guys where he be going,,They have thier own rules or laws, no powers be can ever change that as sad history proves,,course many lost lives in prison from other lags,,,never change that either again as history proves,,,what sad cultures we arrived at with worse to come,,I rest,Jim,cvw
Ha..Inmates have to wake up at 4:30 am, go through many procedures and do as what they are told to do....Pretty sure that little coward is definitely missing his previous youth Life, skateboarding, friends, TV, his phone...waking up whenever he wants....Sucks, huh Aiden...
Aiden Fucci's mother said that he was raised in a Christian family, but, I pray that Aiden will turn to Jesus Christ as his Savior (John 14:6 since the Bible says that Jesus is the only way to God in Heaven). A person must make this decision to accept Jesus Christ as Savior on his own, not on the basis of his family's beliefs, since their beliefs can't send him on to Heaven. May he decide to turn to the Lord immediately and not wait.
When he becomes 18 they will send him out of state on an interstate inmate trade because of this high profile case. If this doesn’t happen I will be shocked.
I am purdy sure his Mom n StepDad didn't take him to church and I bet he knew nothing of GOD YAHUAH OR his son JESUS YESHUA THE CHRIST of their love for him while here this short time being here on earth.
