Man I wish my Dad did for me what you're doing with your kids. My Dad made us afraid of our government and you're empowering your kids to be strong against Tyranny. great job!
Our government takes orders from Israel. All our officials must pledge to protect Israel before their own people. How sad has America become! . . And before anyone accuses me of being anti-semetic, i'd like to state that I am infact a semite. Fuck Israel, and Fuck Saudi Arabia!
@@r.h.6402 I can't help but agree. "Peacekeepers" have the ability to kill us and are often unpunished for it. If one doesn't fear their government then they are misinformed on what it's capable of us and what it's actively doing. Accountability is important but they will murder you and sort it out after.
Every time a new audit from Amagansett press comes out, another thousand or two subscribers join in! Great job as usual!!! Spread the word and tell all your friends this is the spot to watch. Thanks for the great videos
@@stevelovessialetsdance5966 Yeah, he really does his best not to rile anyone up. But always eager to get a dialogue going to stipulate what he can and can't do.
I’m at the 5 min mark and the instant you call him out on his lie he’s the one that gets offended and says ‘ok we’re done’. They really have the most fragile egos and they pout when we don’t roll over for them
carib2703 probably some “workaround” developed behind closed doors in a conference room at some public agency “solves” that important legal restriction
Make sure that you turn those guards in for leaving their prisoners unattended, that's their job to watch over them and keep the people in the area safe. If they worked for me I would fire them both, even though the one guard was nice enough to listen to at the end of your video. It would have been ok if one stayed to watch over the prisoners while the other came to talk to you guys. I'm extremely upset that they did what they did. :(
I don't think the U.S. Coast Guard detains prisoners in a U.S. land facility. If I'm wrong somebody fill me in. Otherwise, Eric Harrison is full of shit!
I'm from Australia and its becoming very much the same here, I'm loving what your doing and your inspiring me to start my own AUDIT here in Melbourne Australia
Amagansett Media: Well done sir. I am 54, former LEO and Marine, Federal Employee, and Government Contractor. I have seen my fair share of corruption in 23 countries, and have been a victim of it more than once. I am all for what you auditors do! However, there are quite a few who get their kicks bashing the public or public servants. Or they are simply out for a quick buck. It's my belief that there needs to be something online for all auditors to go to, and maybe even be administered a level of certification, just an idea. A Code of Ethics to go by would be a nice addition. Who knows, maybe someone out there will try to do something like that. Anyways, great job, keep it up. Semper Fi
@@stephenfitzsimmons8837he’s not saying that. He’s simply talking about weeding out the “auditors” who are out to cause issues and start drama for no reason as opposed to expressing their rights.
Suffolk county 1A audits never disappoints. This father and son team are one of the best around. I can’t wait for Memorial Day to kick off all the summer fun. The Town police audits should be very educational, during the summer months, out east.
I must be honest, as you made the walk back up to the door my heart started pounding. He gave you orders with a threat of "if you don't leave we will deal with it then". We have been programmed to do as told and they don't like it when you don't. So much happens ON the camera, can only imagine what happens off-camera 😱
Cop didn’t have a clue as to what statute that one must ID because there isn’t one. You know they take advantage of folks that don’t know their rights! Just doesn’t seem right that they can tell a bold face lie and the Supreme Court agrees with it. Outrageous! The cop got p’oed when u called him out on the statute. You my friend were flawless! Thank you for what you do!
Wow! First time i've watched a real auditor explained the purpose of the filming so clearly and politely. Keep up the good work man! God bless you and your son.👍👍
I have to say I am surprised that these guys didn’t go above and beyond their job titles to violate your rights. I know firsthand that the corrections officers in Riverhead and at Yaphank correctional facility’s Are very disrespectful and hands-on when not needed those guys beat inmates every day in those two correctional facilities. And they truly are very disrespectful pieces of garbage. I love your approach. You are very good at what you do brother. Keep it up
I especially like this audit, for many reasons of course but mainly, your confidence! You boldly exercise your rights and when contacted or rather confronted, you stand firm. You're very punctual and again, you always maintain an honorable, respectful demeanor. I know you've been doing this a long time, and it shows. You don't even need to start a training course because just watching your content is all the education We the People need. Thanks to you and your son for following your lead!!
I like this audit, also. Unpopular opinion-Do feel the officers need to get a little credit. They created the privacy for the inmates by taking them inside and not trying to stop you (after first failed attempt🙂) and didnt call police.
Uncanny how you get rep different demeanours from the officers …. Albeit the second guy was more cordial perhaps for the CANERA … but he was professional
Jason, I can completely appreciate what you're doing. If nothing else, you're not educating the public, you're educating the officers, which needs to be done. I try to do it on my end. I wish more of the auditors would have the approach you have. Unfortunately most use a provoking method more than anything. So coming from a law enforcement officer, thank you for trying to educate. Maybe one day with auditors like you and more officers like me, we can break this barrier between the police and the public.
Thanks for the beautiful view of the beach have not seen the Atlantic Ocean in forty years I'm grow up in New Brunswick, New Jersey so that was a very helpful thing I might have to put that on my vacation schedule soon.
I really appreciate you not being aggressive with the officials. I respect very much so the way you are handling these audits. Being combative with officials is not helping the cause. You ARE making a difference!
As one of your earlier videos, I think it is one of your most educational and find your knowledge of your rights most impressive here. Also, Watching the Watchman's transition to his persona today March 12, 2020, interests me as I also watched my sons grow. He is a credit to you.
They always think the refusal of name means criminal but I love the fact he’s never been arrested and hardly mentions it unless deep in a conversation or threatened with arrest and not always keep up the good work u two
I don't understand why inmates aren't allowed to be filmed. In my state, innocent until proven guilty people are processed and photographed by cops and their picture is plastered all over the paper and internet with the story about their alleged crimes which hadn't been proven in court yet. But yet inmates that are guilty aren't allowed to be filmed by citizens. That doesn't make any sense
@@crazyclown2650 That's complete BS. They're out fully visible in public, they're recorded by Google, recorded by bank and other surveillance cameras, etc. So, no, there's no such law.
No we need good cops but more importantly we need the Supreme Court to reverse the decision that’s it’s okay for police to lie. The LAW and the LAW MAKERS are the enablers of the bad police.
Butt.hurt....his ego and feelings ...his control...shattered.....great job leaving prisoners un attended....intimidation fail........thank u for exposing corrupt and out right lies cop say..
@@r.h.6402 so tell me where the corrupt behavior is then If you're so smart? What exactly are they doing wrong here? So when this guy with the video camera walks into a library and starts harassing the head librarian thats ok too?
"You have to give me your name when we ask!" "Oh no I don't, you know better than that!" "Yeah I do!" Lmao!!!!!! Well at least he admits to the deception!
I am a retired Marine that fought in several wars defending the rights of people around the world. As such, I would not go around seeking ways to entice people into violating my rights, nor would I go about flaunting my rights to antagonize others. Keep doing what you are doing, I fought for your right to do it, although I think you could find another less flamboyant way to make your point. Semper Fi.
So proud of your son! He's the reason this movement will never die. *FAIL* Attempt to intimidate by demanding ID and lying about being required to present it.
"The witness that never lies." I love it ! May God be with you Jason and your son and wife when you do this. Your a good man that believes in our constitution. Keep up the great work. If you ever come to Maine I hope to meet you !
My parents taught me nothing about my rights... Had to learn the hard way with traffic stops and other encounters with the police... I'm glad I found your channel. I've learned a lot and can't tell you enough how much I respect what you guys do 🙏🏻
You consistantly put out some of the best videos. 👍🏽 Love what you said about cops saying anything that comes to mind, and hoping no one knows any better.
Elbowguts they are leo but there not police there peace officers that means u can’t summon tickets to people on in jail so they can ask for Id if u have a badge u can ask for id
Anyone can ASK for your ID. To demand it - with the implied punishment if you refuse - requires reasonable articulable suspicion that you have committed a crime, at least in New York Some states raise the bar higher than that - Texas requires probable cause for such a demand, for example.
@@bergmanoswell879 Bullshit the 4th reads NOTHING about reasonable articulable anything...it reads with probable cause on oath or affirmation and that is a WARRANT based on a sworn affidavit....
Sad to think how many times that officer has used that... If I ask you, you have to ID... line successfully. Very glad I found your videos. Shows there is no reason to be outwardly disrespectful to law enforcement or try to bait them in to acting inappropriately. Your response and attitude is always totally reciprocal with what you're met with. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with an informed citizen not backing down and standing your ground when you're in the right. Good citizen, good parent, the world needs more people like you.
As English is a constantly ever evolving medium....the art of conversation should not be lost in its evolution.....comprehensive conversation is king...
s. Giustino it’s really sad that my family can’t go to the beach because it would be extremely difficult if not impossible for them to get me where we wanted to go because I’m in a chair.
@@paulawilson5472 If you had to open a business you would have to spend $50,000. for a wheelchair bathroom. and every city in america is spending $200,000. per intersection building wheel chair ramps . But wait.......those are all being torn up here in SF and rebuilt at $50,000. per corner because the degree of incline is two degrees too steep. All because it is politically correct.
s. Giustino It doesn’t have anything to do with political correctness. You don’t know me nor do you know what it’s like to have to rely on places having wheelchair accessibility. It inconveniences my family members when they have to figure out how to get me in and out of places...most often places I don’t even want to be...I pray you’re never bound to a wheelchair.

Your not only exercising but also educating our right in a respectful manner. Not too long ago I was pulled and bc of my past he wanted to search my car and accused me of being under the influence. I told him he couldn't search so he said he was gonna bring a dog, I was detained for 40mins no dog never came and let me go on too work. He pulled me over for a missing headlight. The officer also admitted that it was apparent in knew my rights!!!
I’m so glad that I watched these older videos because that was the fastest knockout I’ve ever seen. I think Jason rattled off a couple sentences and Mr. “We’re Done Here” was down for the count.
Hey Amagansett Press, By God you live in an awesome area! Whenever I watch your videos, I feel like I want to tour that entire area and I just might some day! :)
STRESS..... I can not Stress enough how massive you are. I enjoy your videos soo much. As I have commented before on some others YOU ARE EXTREMELY GOOD at this. You are calm very knowledgeable and smooth as silk at what you do. Keep up the excellent work for fighting for our Constitutional rights . Absolutely proud of you.you PATRIOTS
Thank you for continuing to educate law enforcement of our rights, who should already be educated. I like how calm you remain. Your also very knowledgeable. Some auditors get so nervous, their voices crack, and they begin lobbing expletives at officers. Well done once again!
Speaking as a resident of the County of Suffolk in the UK, it's a shame the opportunity to discuss the public access issue was not taken up but I can understand the staff were much more concerned about the security of their party than your issue. It was a matter of getting the priorities right at that particular time. The outcome seemed OK to me.
The BEST auditor ever. He is very professional, well-spoken and smart. Love that I can watch this together with my kid. I Love what you do and how you educate people. Keep up doing what you do best... AUDITING!!!
