It's perfect the way it is! This home is well loved and meticulously kept. That laundry chute sure brings up memories of my Grandmas house..Barbies and GI Joes and many fun adventures.

In 2024, this super quality house is an amazing value priced at less than $300k. If this house was in Cincy, Lexington or Louisville, it would be $700K. If I bought it, about the only change other than maybe some painting, would be to take that wall out to open things up a bit. Its a lovely home. I just can't get over the quality build of this house.

The Lord is known as a beautiful rose of Sharon in Scripture!!! I've been wanting to get some of them but I'm not sure they'll hold up in our kind of climate we have here. I really do like this home. Whoever lives there did a really good job in keeping up with it.

Hi Brad! Two questions about this house. Besides the whole house fan, how is the house cooled? And, it looks like the driveway outside the basement slants toward the basement. If that is so, what about storm flooding? The wood paneling looks nice with the painted ceiling and beams. You make great points on the quality of the materials. Another fun video!
Retired from East Tennessee moved to Florida to be close to family but ready to move back to Tennessee Kentucky area. Love the house love the room especially basement because I have for Harley Davidson that I need to make sure they’re stored.

I wouldn't change too much. Great house for the price. You'd never find this in New England. I've got to get out of New England. This place is perfect.
