During this one on one coaching session, we go over Uberlauffen (establishing a structurally strong and advantaged postion) , Fuhlen and Indes (acting inside the rhythm of the training partner) , Ansetzen (straight thrust) , Winden (shortened thrust), frequens motus. (maintaing unerlauffen indes), and nachreissen (increasing advantage by closing distance while maintaining a position of strength).
