A cue I think about when doing muscle ups that might help is, rounding your torso over the bar. Then you can pull pretty vertically and round your back and suddenly you are over the bar
Shouldn‘t the elbow be above the bar after the „pull-up“ part? I don’t see how one would get into a stable position to do the press otherwise, apart from using the other arm. Mad explosive strength tho
