Great video. small swing, throw the feet in front of you in such a way that your body will stretch like an elastic rubber, and as it compresses do the pull up, you will find yourself at the top of the bar without knowing how is that possible.

Yes! In the moment I definitely wasn't the best coach aha. Zach definitely doesn't kip enough and doesn't time it properly!

A cue I think about when doing muscle ups that might help is, rounding your torso over the bar. Then you can pull pretty vertically and round your back and suddenly you are over the bar

Shouldn‘t the elbow be above the bar after the „pull-up“ part? I don’t see how one would get into a stable position to do the press otherwise, apart from using the other arm. Mad explosive strength tho

Not sure what part you referring too but yes you need to be above the bar to press

Hi Loi, just found your channel and I wanted to ask you for advice, I sprained my ankle so I can’t climb at the moment and I am trying to use the time to get stronger in calisthenics . How much can I train pull ups without over training? Thanks.

Completely depends on your fitness. If you’re not doing anything else I’d start with 3 times a week and build from there
