Don't interpret what you don't know, The Appeal Court didn't entertain the matter but only struck it off and it's at the Supreme Court. They are not moving better but instead trying to course kios in the state.

If the state high court lacks the jurisdiction to preside on the matter it automatically means that Martins Amehule is the speaker, in the eyes of the law that high court judgement doesn't exist
