Processing your Fall Persimmons 

I was gifted a beautiful box of Fuyu Persimmons this week and I knew that since I couldn't eat them all, I wanted process some whole persimmons and blended pulp to last for a later date for perhaps making some Persimmon Jam, Smoothies, etc. So this video shows you how to process persimmons whole and also the pulp to save in your freezer.
