I've been going through all your videos over the last couple weeks and it has helped my workflow and also brought me to experiment with aspects of Procreate that I had found intimidating before. The absolute lifechanger has been changing it to a white interface - my colors are so much better now!

Hi Asia, Thank you for your video :) It's very informative and useful for a beginner like me. I would like to ask you a question regarding Procreate. I just recently bought iPad 10.2 and started using Procreate but soon after I ran into a problem. Whenever I send a saved png file from Procreate to my laptop, the laptop screen completely changes the colors of the illustration (they are saturated and very bright). I would like to know if you are dealing with the same problem and if yes, how do/did you solve it? For now, I'm editing it in Photoshop and trying to make similar to the one in Procreate as much as possible.
Hi Lila how are you, never happened to me at all, might also depend on the color calibration of your computer screen. Not all screens at 100% RGB. My advice would be to export it as a photoshop PSD file directly instead of PNG, will give tour more flexibly in Photoshop ;) I hope this helps ..🤗
Hi Victoria 👋 when you export, you have the option to select any file format you want, including procreate format :) also you can have Procreare backing up to iCloud as an extra security layer :)
@@AsiaOrlando I would love to see a complete set of steps to upload to various places, including one-drive, and the external storage device. I don't use iCloud because it is limited storage, and I've already paid for One-Drive as a yearly cost and have 1 TB for each family member.
how do you develop your illustrations? do you first draw an outline and then fill it in, or do you dispense with the outline completely and immediately draw the shapes. I ask because I have noticed that the fillings of a closed outline often do not fill properly, so that transparent pixels are created between the fill and outline, which then have to be reworked. I hope I have put my question clearly.
Some great tips thank you! I find that when posting to instagram that my artwork looks a little blurry sometimes, I’m using 300dpi, do you upload your 50x70cm canvas straight to instagram? Your artwork always looks lovely and sharp!
Hi Emma, all my artwork is at 300 dpi, but when I post to Instagram I always use Snapseed to do the cropping to the right ratio and upload that. I don't do anything else really. Maybe is something on your settings or your phone :(
