I’ve been posting my procreate dreams on RU-vid it’s hard to make anything longer than 30 seconds. Each one made takes hours if you don’t know what you’re doing.
That's true with any hand drawn animation though and has been since the dawn of animation. There are tools out there that include 3d, rigging, various animation effects that can help speed that up, but 1) this was always made to be an easier tool with the nostalgia of Disney's hand drawn effects and 2) even with advanced bells and whistles, like any art form it will take practice before you find shortcuts and speedups in your process. Don't give up! I'm sure you'll create awesome things!
