jimin actually said this is the direction she wants to take her music! she really likes the r&b style, and if u listen to her 19to20 album you can hear her starting to find her own sound. jiminxjamie is also r&b heavy and its probably my favorite album so far so i HIGHLY suggest everyone listen to it lmao

Jimin is soo underrated i hope ppl start knowing her for her vocals too...not many ppl know she sings

If you haven't, you should listen to her song "Hopeless Love." I'm usually not big on ballads, but it's a fucking killer ballad. Jimin is easily one of the most underestimated artists in Korea. Her voice is incredible, not just technically but also in its natural tone (which is super unique--you always know it's her when you hear it) and, like you mentioned, she's super cool herself. Plus, that moment when she called out JYP on ASC was the definition of *I C O N I C*

ive been listening to her ep nonstop since it came out its SO GOOD

Oooo you need to check out the song “pick up the phone” on the ep. it’s produced by the members of MOLA which is a unofficial group with Kino from pentagon and vernon from seventeen and a few other friends. It’s a cool song with unique intrumentals and the lyrics are fun too. Lots of cute references.

I would definitely recommend checking out her EP 19 to 20. That album is what really got me hooked to Jimin. The entire vibe of the album is just amazing and completely different from her work as a member of 15&. Though all her songs- both as a member of 15& and a soloist- are just down right incredible, her solo stuff is just so chill and my cup of tea :D

Jimin needs more lovvveeeeee. She has so much potential!!! We love her.

19to20 album is where she started to advanced that rnb feel but she also has a project group wayyy before that called M.O.L.A originally with Luizy (UNIQ) and Nathan who is a music producer (but they added more people so it became a crew). Consisting of hiphop and rnb songs together. They personally have a soundcloud. :)) So she was already in that type of genre and starting to place it's path in her singing career too.

This was so interesting, when i first watched this i definitley noticed how the angles and filtering effected the mood but your explanation and insight was much more detailed, it adds a new layer when watching the mv again

I quite like Jimin's new album. I know her because of their crew M.O.L.A ('cause my boy Kino joined), and i think she is a smart singer with good technique. Compared to 15& early EDM songs, this is more like her music.

Srsly tho i want this album n mv to be a huge success because when I saw the mv, i actaully fell in love as it had a story line n they actually thoroughly thought about the various elements n techniques they were gonna use which they cleverly manipulated the mood n atmosphere of the overall video. Simple yet it makes the viewer want more. Honestly, i wanna know who the director is😂 Ohhh and basically, Jimin’s voice is just so beautiful n smooth n just out of this world!
